Im aware this is not the most exciting stack in the competition.
Instead, I spent some time presenting it in a way that is clean, visual, and easy to understand by combining a real photo with graphics.

these are the compounds that have proven to matter most for me. Each has its purpose and a reasonable evidence base, while also fitting well with my PED use.

Combined with plenty of cardio, this approach has allowed me to keep my blood work and health markers within the reference range.

The goal is the most sustainable balance between health and performance.

Hi.

AI do some aesthetic thing nowadays it's funny 😁. But the presentation is clean and clear this way.

However the cycle is simple and health conservative. Good point.

Welcome to the contest 👌

never tried to hide the fact that I used AI for the illustration. I see AI as a tool, like Illustrator or Photoshop. But im not skilled enough to do it either of these

First of all, presenting your stack as an image instead of just listing compounds was a brilliant idea. It immediately catches the eye and makes everything easy to follow.

Nice touch, bro!!

As for the stack itself, I like the philosophy much more than the compounds. You’re clearly thinking long-term instead of trying to impress people with huge doses. The only thing I’d question is whether 80 mg of telmisartan is really necessary if your blood pressure is already well controlled. That’s something I’d always adjust to the numbers, not keep fixed.

I’d love if you could also write your fitness context (I know is in other posts) but for those who had not seen itc That tells the real story.

Great entry, brother, and thanks for putting the extra effort into the presentation.
