Thanks for sharing it!!

I would just suggest to throw that B3, is NOT the right supplement and besides boosting some energy, in real life is doing nothing from you (I assume your energy balance is correct based on nutrition), for the sake of clarity:

Niacinamide vs Niacin (Flush): Not All B3s Are Built the Same, Bro

Niacinamide ain’t it when we’re talking bodybuilding benefits.

Yeah, it’s a form of vitamin B3, but it completely misses the magic of the real MVP: niacin with flush.

Why? Because niacinamide doesn’t activate the same pathways that niacin (flush version) does. No flush = no impact on blood lipids, no HDL boost, no real cardiovascular support, and it doesn’t touch growth hormone release either. That tingle from flush niacin? That’s vasodilation, improved blood flow, and a bit of GH spike, that’s what you want when you’re deep in the game.

Niacinamide’s cool if you’re just tryna hit RDA for B3 on a multivitamin. But for us? It’s a passenger, not a driver.

So yeah, if you’re chasing real results and care about blood health, cholesterol control, and metabolic performance, flush niacin is king.

So I would say, time for a supplement change hahaha

I take niacin with flush 🍅, the one you're talking about.
It's niacin with flush vitamin B3 from NOW brand that I ordered from iherb.

I don’t know they were 2 différents things (niacinamide vs niacin with flush, not without) but I think this is the right version, right ?

I used to take niacin, but I can't live with those flushing sensations. During the day, you can't go outside because of your appearance:D, and at night, these flushes are accompanied by tachycardia, which makes it hard to sleep.

What I've seen to be the most effective for cholesterol is red yeast rice extract. Monacolin K is a statin of natural origins, the pharma version is called lovastatin and it fixed my bloodwork while on cycle (check my cycle log for details). My second go-to is citrus bergamot extract, apparently the flavonoids make a good job of managing cholesterol.

Actually, I use quite a lot of dietary supplements, and some of them are aimed at lowering LDL cholesterol (low-density lipoproteins) and raising HDL cholesterol (high-density lipoproteins). At least, some studies mention that certain supplements can affect cholesterol levels to some extent. Of course, red yeast rice is probably the most effective in this group of supplements, and for now, I don’t plan to stop using it, despite some precautions. As for Omega-3, personally, I don’t have much faith in this supplement. About 10 years ago, I conducted an experiment where I took Omega-3 from a very high-quality Norwegian brand for around six months. I took about 10-15 grams daily, and yet I didn’t see any noticeable changes in my blood tests. That really disappointed me with this product.

Yeah, I totally agree. I never saw much changes in bloodwork from fish oil, but the cost is very prohibitive.

Enzymes will help for sure, especially if you consume great amounts of food to get enough Protein Intake to Build a uberhuman physique !

For bodybuilders and athletes, digestive enzymes, especially proteolytic (protein-splitting) enzymes, play an important role in amino acid absorption, recovery, and muscle growth. Intense training increases the need for protein, but without sufficient enzyme support, the body may not absorb it effectively, especially with reduced stomach acidity or digestive disorders. Betaine hydrochloride is very important here, since not only the enzymes themselves are important, which may be lacking with large volumes of food, but also stomach acidity, creating conditions for the enzymes to work and digest protein.

I will also note Bromelain, an enzyme from pineapple, which has not only proteolytic activity, but also an anti-inflammatory effect, accelerating recovery after training and reducing muscle pain.

This complex is constantly present in competing athletes during periods of mass gain, recovery, or during heavy strength cycles.

Can totally confirm, the Enzyme PB from ALLAES is a bomb.
Been trying it out for a couple weeks now, and especially with big meals it completely eliminated my indigestion/heartburn problems

Hahaha

Have you tried slow release version? That was my own solution, I cannot use quick flush either

And did you know that taking niacin, even regular, not slow release, with aspirin use background is associated with a reduced frequency of flushes.

For me it reduced frequency of flushes been reduced by three times.

I did know, but issue is that, that is just ONE of the effects of the aspirine.

I don’t want the rest of them (since I an backing other benefits with other supplements and will be dangerously redundant).

Thanks mate! Is always awesome to have science based knowledgeable people!

Thanks,bro!
I wonder what side effects of aspirin are unacceptable to you?

For people who train and eat a lot of protein, its main effect is still thinning the blood and preventing the formation of blood clots, and as a result plaques.

People after vascular surgery are kept on it sometimes for life, from 25 to 100 mg daily.

The only thing that worries me most is if there is vascular fragility or a tendency to bleeding - it intensifies these things, turning them from unpleasant into life-threatening

tell me your point of view?

With no intention, you told the same I think!

I mean if (real life example) i am using:

Nattokinase
Omega,
Telmisartan
Cialis.

Using aspirin is adding even more redundancy to blood liquefaction, therefore is a no (or at least rather supporting Niacin’s flushing instead of tampering it with aspirin as you commented).

I am almost sure that is nothing more endangering that we already do.

Maybe is overthinking 😉

I've bought extended-release versions a few times, but usually they come as pressed tablets — and apparently not all of them are made well. Sometimes, one out of five or ten acts just like a regular tablet, with no extended effect at all. So you confidently go out to walk your dog during the day, and 15 minutes later, you realize people are looking at your face strangely :D

A few times, I got one of those "broken" tablets in the evening — and the tachycardia and facial flushing would hit me while I was already asleep. I'd wake up and then struggle to fall back asleep for a long time.
