My supplements :
- For Hdl :
good quality fish oil Omega 3 between 3 and 6 grams depending the steroids I take
Niacin (vitamin B3) 500mg/day

- For blood sugar :
Berberine 2X500mg/day, Chromium 2X200mcg (+ metformin for the last meal)

Vitamine B12

- Cortisol :
Magnesium/vitamine B6 360mg
Aschwaganda 600mg

-Liver :
Tudca 600mg
NAC 1000mg
Dandelion, a plant that works well against water retention

Zinc 30mg
Vitamine D

Iron
/vitamine B9 because my ferritin is low


I will try enzymes in the future, it may help


Varied and good quality food on top of all that 🙏
