Hi,

It depends on your diet and training routine. At the beginning of a cycle, you usually make progress even if you train like crap and eat just as badly. But consistent progress depends on other factors too.

Steroids are like a turbocharger in a race car engine. If the car has no fuel or a broken wheel, the turbo won't help.

So, to look into your situation any further, you'll need to tell me a bit more about what you're doing and what your goal is.

The increased muscle hardness and definition you're seeing after three weeks are good signs. If you're using long esters, testosterone and primobolan levels will keep building over the next few weeks, so more changes in muscle fullness and size may develop gradually. as for your diet, my main doubt is whether you're actually eating enough to support hypertrophy. your breakfast is quite light, and your total calorie intake isn't clear. shoot for 1.6/2.2g of protein per kg of body weight so you can actually build muscle.
