This section is for one-time progress posts — before/after results, physique changes, cutting/bulking outcomes, and prep transformations.

Whether it's a few weeks of hard work or a full comp prep — feel free to share it here. No need to update your thread — just post the results!

What to include:​

  • Age (optional)
  • Starting / final weight
  • Photos
  • Brief context — goal (cutting, bulking, prep), timeframe, etc.
  • What you used — supplements or PEDs (if you want to share)
  • Your own notes — what worked, what you’d do differently.
Keep it simple. Your story might inspire others.

You don’t have to go deep into the protocol — this is about visual & personal progress, not logs or weekly updates.
