Since I started taking 2 mg of retatrutide per week, I have been very pleased with my personal experience so far. I have noticed clear changes over the course of these six weeks, and when I compare my current photos with earlier ones, the progress I’ve made really stands out. My body shape has changed, my muscle definition has improved, and I am getting closer to the physical goal I set for myself.
What motivates me most is seeing the progress unfold step by step. Of course, it isn't down to just one factor; nutrition, training, consistency, and discipline all play important roles for me. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with how my journey is going so far and with the results I have personally achieved.
I also find it helpful to track my progress with photos, as it allows me to look back at where I started and see the difference that has developed over time. This gives me extra motivation to stay committed to my training and nutrition and to keep pursuing my goal
