My 8-Week Transformation Log (94.4 kg to 71.2 kg)
The Quick Stats:
Height: 1.86 m
Starting Weight: 94.4 kg
Ending Weight: 71.2 kg
Total Weight Loss: 23.2 kg in 8 weeks
Diet Strategy: Started at 2,300 calories and dropped week-by-week down to 1,700 calories. Protein was kept very high at 3g per kg of body weight, and fat was kept low at 0.5g per kg.
How the 8 Weeks Went Down:
Weeks 1–2: The Kickoff
I started the diet at 94.4 kg with 2,300 calories. For my base, I used 150mg of Testosterone to keep my muscle from burning off in the deficit. To handle the hunger, I started Retatrutide at 2mg and nudged it up to 2.5mg. Every morning, I did 30 minutes of fasted cardio after taking 15mg of Yohimbine and 25mcg of T3 to wake up my metabolism. I also made sure to hit a baseline of 12,000 steps every single day.
Weeks 3–4: Stepping Up the Burn
By Week 3, the weight was coming off fast, so I added 600mg of Drostanolone Propionate (Masteron) to make the muscles look harder and fuller as the glycogen drained. I slowly increased the Retatrutide (3mg to 3.5mg) to keep my appetite completely under control. To prevent any plateaus, I bumped my daily step goal up to 13,000 in Week 4 and kept slowly trimming down the calories.
Weeks 5–6: Getting the "Dry" Look
This is where the real changes showed up. In Week 5, I hit my peak Retatrutide dose of 4mg. To get that ultra-sharp look for the photos (image.png and image_3.png), I added 40mg of oral Winstrol daily, which helped pull out any remaining water under the skin. Energy was getting lower as calories dropped toward 1,800, so I pushed my daily steps up to 14,000 to keep the fat burning.
Weeks 7–8: The Final Push
The last two weeks were pure grit. Calories were at their lowest (1,700 kcal), and steps were at an all-time high of 15,000 a day, on top of the 30 minutes of morning cardio. To strip off the absolute last bit of fat, I added Clenbuterol—starting at 40mcg in Week 7 and ramping it up to 100mcg for the final week.
By the end of Week 8, the scale hit 71.2 kg. The combination of keeping my protein high (3g/kg) and using the right compounds allowed me to peel off 23.2 kg of fat and water while keeping my muscles full and hard. It was a brutal 8 weeks, but looking at the final shredded condition in the mirror made every bit of the grind worth it.
