Hey everyone,

I’m trying to figure out the actual shelf life of Retatrutide once it’s been reconstituted. I know the general rule of thumb for peptides is around 30 days in the fridge, but Driada sells 10 mg vials, and that complicates things a bit.

My original plan was to use only about 1 mg per week, but I’m starting to wonder whether that’s even realistic if the stability window is that short.
Has anyone here tried it? How long has it stayed viable for you after reconstitution, and did you notice any changes over time?

I don’t know where the 30-day thing comes from; in fact, pharmacy-bought Ozempic comes pre-mixed and lasts for many months in the refrigerator, and even the instructions say it’s good for six weeks after the first injection, at room temperature outside the fridge.

On GLP-1 forums, which are numerous and full of information, you’ll see that 12 weeks is normal for storing them in the refrigerator, and there’s no mention of any loss of effectiveness or PIP over that period. I buy vials of RETA up to 50 mg. In the labs. From China, all GLP-1s—sema, reta, tirze, etc.—come in doses of up to 50 mg.

It also depends on the diluent you’re going to use; if it’s water for injection, it lasts less time because it tends to develop bacteria sooner. If you use something like injectable B12 as a diluent, or even better, BAC water—the latter is best since it contains alcohols. Your Durate will last you the full 10 weeks without any problems.

Because what speeds up its degradation is also the air that enters when you draw your dose. That’s why you should thoroughly clean the stopper before inserting the needle, then cover it with a bit of aluminum foil and put it in the fridge, and clean it again with alcohol the next day when you draw another dose, and back into the fridge...

And it lasts you the full 10 weeks.

Greetings

Hi mate! Why would like to use it that low?

Standard aplicación is ramp up to avoid initial sides. 1mg is applicable until the 4th week, then you should rotate up to guarantee it’s functioning.

on my view, micro applications does’not work, this is a give an go full blood serum application

Hi Mate,
i am definetely open for titrating the dose up if nessesary and if i don't see the benefits that i am after.

But in short, running 1 mg retatrutide weekly could make sense to me because:

Less sides as nausea and constipation - and overall
Im already lean and i do not need the aggressive weight-loss effect of higher doses.
1 mg is enough to remove “food noise” for many people without the heavy GLP-1/GIP/GC side effects.
Potential longevity benefits from improved insulin sensitivity, lower inflammation, and gentle glucagon-mediated metabolic activation, still from a low dose

I agree with what's being said about dosages. With CARGLI or SEMA, which are only GLP-1, you can use what you need based on your individual needs, such as 0.25/0.50 mg in the cruise phase to help you.

But RETA, since it acts on three pathways (GLP/GIP/GLUCAGON), at doses lower than 2.5/3 mg, you won't see any effect on any of the three pathways.(If you take 1 mg for the first time, you might notice something, but once the weeks go by, it’ll be very, very mild...)

People start with 1 mg to see how their pulse, blood pressure, and unwanted side effects react—nausea, discomfort, etc. If everything goes well, you increase by 1 mg every three weeks until you reach your cruise dose based on your needs. It's not the same for unlimited weight loss as it is for supporting your diet and fat metabolism.

For diet control, use 0.25/0.50 mg of SEMA. If you're using RETA for the other metabolic benefits, use 2.5 mg, one bottle for four doses. That will be a basic, standard dosage.
