- 2mg for first few weeks to get body used to it. Then I started making it a bit higher to 4mg weekly, which I took pretty well so I doubled it to 8mg, which gave me a bit of stomach issues and made me throw up once. It was fine after a few days and I kept it at 8mg weekly. I was a bit afraid to go further so I upped it to 10mg weekly and just kept it like that. Overall not too many issues except the one time at 8mg (probably did too much in short time without adjustment).

Hey im Jan and I used Retatrutide to lose weight I had, because I wanted to get fit for the summer, im currently 22 years old and used reta as well as Test E. The experience was pretty good and I honestly didn't have that many stomach issues expect one time when I upped my dose and threw up the next day. Otherwise I didn't have much appetite and lost a lot of weight quickly with daily cardio and a low fat and high protein diet. I did gain some muscle because auf the test e which is really nice and just makes me really confident now. I also had to contact support to make sure dosing was correct, because the website had a bit higher dosages and a youtube video said something else, so I just asked support and made sure I wasn't injection too much/or not enough. Overall definitely can recommend retatrutide, but I don't know how good the other two products (Tirzepatide, Semaglutide) are.
