Reading theough the clinical trials, and anecdotal results posted online, I have got mixed results on the dosing and ramping up of Retatrutide to the minimal effective dose for results.

Has anyone taken this before and what was your ramping schedule like? Where did you end up?

I have read 1mg for 4 weeks, the ramping to 2mg for 4 weeks, then 5mg for 4 weeks, then 7.5mg for 4 weeks and so on.

Just looking for anyone with experience. I personally think the 1mg dosage is probably a wasted step (except to test for allergic reactions or pancreas tolerance).

I would start at 1 mg and see how your body responds. The dosages mentioned in the clinical data are for people with obesity and type 2 diabetes.

Some people need more than others, so it’s best to find the dose that gives you the most benefit.

Hello, I am on 5mg of RETA, I used up to 1mg of SEMA for 5 months (-20kg) and I was stuck, then I added 0.5mg SEMA + 2mg for 2 weeks and I barely lost more weight, and hunger came back. Then I increased it to 5mg, I've been on it for 4 months (-15kg). (Total 35kg with a 13/14%BF)

I don't increase the dose because with 5mg I already find it hard to eat and I lose 300/400g of weight weekly. In April, I will do 12/16 weeks at 500mg of Testosterone Cypionate + 2.5mg RETA, and see results after 12 months of preparation and returning to the gym (having been inactive for 8 years and weighing 110kg with 40% BF).

Any questions you have...

I'm currently using 10 mg of Reta per week and don't want to go higher. I started with 2 mg for four weeks and then tapered up every four weeks until I reached 8 mg per week. I stayed at 8 mg for eight weeks, and now I just want to gain some experience with 10 mg of Reta for a few weeks before going back to 8 mg. I also have some Sema on hand because Reta doesn't affect my appetite much, so I inject 10 mg of Reta on Sundays and 0.66 mg of Sema on Wednesdays. I fill both into reusable insulin pens.

You should start with 1 mg and stay there for at least four weeks to see how you react. The leaner you are, the stronger it hits, so only taper up when you feel like it's not enough anymore.

I mostly used tirzepatide but i also had a great spot on 5 mg/week except after id say 8-10 weeks where id start to feel hungry a lot 5 days post injection while 2.5 didnt do much for me.
i then went up to 7.5 which was a bit to much had some nausea that week and dropped my next injection to 6.25 mg which was better again and kept loosing weight.
I guess you just have to find your sweet spot each doing increase atleast thats how i felt.
also the sickness isent bad its someother kind of feeling sick atleast for me id just take some Dimenhydrinate and id be all good.
