- I felt much better in terms of food choice! I usually visited back than twice a week the fast food restaurant of which i gained a lot of fat. I wasn't obese but i was skinny fat which i didn't liked. Now i feel much more secure and happy to be part of the transformation! It makes me feel better around my surrounding people to not get called skinny fat and weak!

This is my transformation with retatutride included! The left picture was made approximately 2 years ago in which i didn't followed a diet and plan. I unfortunately was skinny fat and decided after a year to use retatutride. Slow but steady i have lost around 5kg of fat. It is nothing insane but it helped me to shred down for the next months and to even protect my cardiac system by AAS use. Steroid use was included during the time to carve out the genetics! I unfortunately don't have a progress foto right before my reta start use in close to the end of 2025 because i was too ashamed of myself. I hope that everybody will have the same success with retatutride which i personally recommend with a strict diet!
