Hi Bobbi
Good base to start from, but honestly before even thinking about adding Primo, Mast or EQ later, I’d want a bit more context first.
How long have you actually been training seriously?
What’s your current body fat roughly?
How strong are you on the main lifts?
What does your diet actually look like day to day?
How’s your sleep and blood pressure?
Did you pull bloodwork before starting?
Because at 20 years old, even 200 mg Test alone can already work extremely well if training, food and recovery are really dialed in.
One thing I’d tell you early: lean growth at your stage is usually not limited by compounds. It’s limited by recovery, digestion, consistency and patience.
A lot of young guys jump too quickly into “what should I add next”, instead of first learning how their body responds to:
more food
harder training
better sleep
and stable routines
Also, all the compounds you listed change the look differently.
Primo usually gives a cleaner and easier-to-manage look.
Mast can make you look harder and drier, but hair can become an issue fast.
EQ tends to improve appetite and fullness, but people underestimate how much it can slowly push RBC and hematocrit up over time.
Right now I honestly wouldn’t even think about adding anything yet. I’d spend the next weeks focusing on:
slow bodyweight increases
stable digestion
consistent training performance
and tracking progress properly with weekly photos under the same lighting
And
don’t underestimate cardio. Even during a growth phase, keeping some cardio year round makes a huge difference for appetite, recovery, blood pressure and overall health.
The good thing is you’re starting relatively conservatively instead of going straight into massive doses. That already puts you ahead of a lot of people your age.
