Hey mate,

Before anyone helps you build a cycle, we need a lot more information. Strength-focused and “manageable sides” depends completely on your current situation, not just the budget.

Post your age, height, weight, body fat estimate, training history, current lifts, training split, injury history, blood pressure, recent bloodwork, diet, calories, macros, sleep quality, previous PED use if any, and whether you plan to come off completely after PCT or stay on later.

Also, honest advice: if 300 euros is the absolute limit and going over it causes real life stress, don’t spend most of that on compounds. Bloodwork, blood pressure monitor, support supplements, proper food and PCT matter more than the cycle itself. A cheap cycle with no health monitoring is not a smart cycle.

Give us the full picture first, then people can help you build something simple, realistic and safer instead of just throwing random compounds at you.

Im 22, 187 cm tall, 115 kg, around 18-20% body fat. Ive been training consistently for 5-6 years, 5x a week on a push/pull/legs split. Current maxxes are Bench 160 kg, Squat 260 kg, Deadlift 250 kg. Sleep is usually 7-8 hours and pretty good. Diet is around 3200-3500 kcal i i try to get above 200g of protein every day. Blood pressure is normal (about 125/75)heart rste is 80bp. Did a cycle of 300test 200tren half a year ago . My goal is mainly strength with some size and I want to keep the sides manageable. The budget is tight max around 300 euros.(the homelessness was a joke but i dont want to spend my whole paycheck on a cycle) for the whole cycle including basic support and PCT. I had bloodwork and i had a fatty liver before the test and tren and after the cycle the results were in norms.I plan to come off completely after PCT.

Before talking about compounds or building a 12-16 week plan, the most important missing piece is your previous PED history.

You mentioned you ran 300 mg Test + 200 mg Tren around half a year ago, but I’d need more detail: how many weeks did you run it, which esters, how often did you inject, did you use an AI, did you use caber, how was your blood pressure, sleep, mood, libido, hematocrit, liver values and lipids during and after, and what exactly did your PCT look like?

That matters more than the budget right now, because your next cycle should be based on how your body reacted last time. If Tren gave you BP, sleep, anxiety, liver, lipid or recovery issues, then repeating aggressive compounds just because they are effective would be a bad move. If Test alone was well tolerated, then the smartest plan may be very different.

Once that is clear, and if your budget can stretch closer to 400 €, I’d still keep Testosterone as the base and maybe add only one injectable. No orals with your fatty liver history. No Tren again at 22 unless there is a very strong reason. EQ is also not my first choice if you plan to PCT, because it’s long, slow, and can push hematocrit.

The realistic options would probably be Test-only, Test + Mast if hair/prostate/HDL are not issues, or Test + low NPP if joints and strength are the priority, but NPP needs more caution with prolactin, libido and recovery.

So first answer this: what exactly did you run before, how long, what side effects, what bloodwork changed, and how well did you recover after PCT? That will decide the cycle much more than whether the budget is 300 or 400.

I ran both enthanate for 10 weeks . I injected twice per week on Monday and Thursday. I used Arimidex 0.5 mg every 3 days from week 3 just to keep estrogen perfect, but I didn’t use caber at all. Overall I had very few side effects. My blood pressure was a bit elevated around 135/85 if i remember right , sleep was good with only very minor night sweats occasionally, mood was stable , libido stayed strong the entire time, and I had no noticeable prolactin issues. Hematocrit went from 44% to 47%, which was fine. For liver values, ALT was 38 U/L and AST 32 U/L during the cycle, basically normal for me. Lipids showed Total Cholesterol at 198 mg/dL, LDL 118 mg/dL, HDL 42 mg/dL and Triglycerides 95 mg/dL just a mild shift but nothing dramatic. I didn’t experience any anxiety, aggression or other problems. For PCT I ran Clomid 50/50/25/25 and Nolva 40/40/20/20 for four weeks with some HCG at the beginning, and recovery was smooth. Bloodwork 8 weeks after PCT showed Test levels back at 520 ng/dL, liver enzymes ALT 24 and AST 21, lipids improved to Total Cholesterol 172, LDL 98, HDL 48 and Triglycerides 82, so everything recovered nicely
