I answered this in another thread twice :) , but I’ll repeat it anyway — the company has ordered the raw materials and they’re on the way. However, logistics may take some time.

Can't find tirzepatide to buy in the website, can someone post the link here so i can at least see the price it is, even that i can't see. Already logged in on the website but still can't find it.

Because don’t got permission to write on mezzo and their customer support is slow as a snail. Their talking about some analytics team will investigate but all it takes is a phone call and you see that’s it’s been seized and Driada hasn’t done anything yet about it.

13059395288256 this is the order number. It’s been seized and I move been trying to find ways to proceed with this situation.

Let me clarify the situation. You mentioned that this could be resolved with a single phone call, but unfortunately, that’s not possible on our end because we are not the shipper. We work with logistics partners who handle all shipment-related matters. They are the ones who communicate directly with the couriers and provide us with updates. We cannot contact DPD ourselves.

For our partners to obtain information, it’s not just a matter of calling — they need to receive an official status confirmation from the carrier. A request has already been submitted, and we are currently waiting for DPD to respond. This is how the process works.

If it could be resolved with a simple phone call, we would have done so already without wasting your time, our time, or our partners’ time.
