Hello iron and meat lovers 💪🏻
Хочу поделиться с вами своим циклом по восстановлению прежней формы, а затем и к новым достижениям.

- Height - 175cm
- weight - 76,5 kg
Objective :
To recover from injury
To gain 90 kg
To increase strength in squat and deadlift.

I will briefly describe my situation: I was forced not to train for the last 6 months and lost 12 kg.
За последние 15 лет у меня не было такого веса, как сейчас (75 кг). Обычно мой вес всегда был 87-90 кг.

The start of the cycle will be in September!
Gaining mass: 16 weeks

Week: 1-5
Test E or Sust.- 350mg. per week
DecaNan - 300 per week
Metandi.- 30mg. per day
Anastr. - 0.5 (every 5 days)

Week: 5-12
Test E or Sust - 500
DecaNan - 400
Turin - 30 per day
Anastr.- 0.5 (every 5 days)

Week 12-16
Test E - 500
DecaF - 300
Bold - 200
Let me tell you right away Bold instead of Anastr.
It lowers estrogen levels.

Boldenone totally useless at the end of the cycle. If you want to use it, put it from the beginning.

As well as changing oral every 4 weeks. Don't do this.

And don't forget to update your log from September with at least a small photo of the starting condition 😊
 
if you had to choose one compound thats the best for you, one that is the worst and one thats suprisingly good what would they be?

just curious about other peoples experiences

I will probably add it from the beginning at 200mg a week to avoid taking anastrozole, and my appetite will be better.

Hi, for me the best option is
Test P - 100 every other day
Tren A - 100 every other day
Master P - 100 every other day
HGH - 3ui morning - evening
The worst in my experience I don't even know, thank goodness everything has always been sensible and everything has worked for the right purposes.
And from the good ones
Test E - 500 per week
Deca F - 350 per week
Prima - 350 per week
Stanozolol - 20-30 per day
HGH - 3ui per day
It works very well for me, my form is great and my mood is high 💪😊👍
 
Please format your Cycle Log according to the requirements. Here’s an example of good logs.

Hi everyone, as planned, I started my mass gain on September 1.

WEEK - 1
TEST SOURCE - 350
DECA NAN - 300
TURIN 30 every day

I was planning to use methandienon, but for now it will be TURIN

From the third week I will add Bold 200 per week

Training every other day - full body
Next will be a 4 day split

I will attach the starting photo report tomorrow
Now my weight is 76,5 kg.
Height 175 cm

I had a forced vacation from February to September. I did not train at all, and from the support was only 125 mg of test once every 10 days. I lost a lot.

Next week I plan to order everything from "Dryada"💪😁
I want to try DHB, who has experience with it, please advise me if it is worth adding it to the mass gain and how much.

Honestly, this one kind of fizzled out.

The idea was solid on paper: Test, Deca, Turinabol to kick things off, then adding Bold and maybe even DHB later… but there’s just not much to go on here. Starting weight, height, and a basic training plan were posted, but no follow-ups, no photos, and no real updates on how the body was responding.

It looked like a promising comeback story after a long forced break, but without consistent logs or check ins it’s impossible to tell if the plan ever got executed fully. As it stands, there isn’t enough info to really judge progress, and the whole log seems to have been left hanging before it even got moving.

Would’ve been cool to see how DHB or Bold actually played out for him, but right now it’s just a rough outline with no real continuation.

I didn't start the whole race with the Driada brand.
I started with other brands, and unfortunately, this led to problems with the injections. The first week seemed to be going well, but then the trouble started.
At the moment, my cycle has been suspended. I will replace all the drugs with Driada, wait for the order, and continue. That's about it.
