Hello everyone! This is the little stack that I run most of the time, it is pretty modest but with a little context I think it makes sense. Apart from the gym I also run track and field, swim and do some sport climbing so my priority is to keep my weight low respective to my strength, that is what dictates what compounds I can use.
What I currently run:
-Testosterone Undecanoate: 250mg pinned once a week, that is where I find my sweet spot in general well being without it affecting the rest of my life, I prefer the long ester to keep rock solid blood levels.
-Anastrozole: I somehow aromatise a lot even while staying at around 10% bodyfat so I split a 0.5mg pill in 3 and take it once a day to keep my E2 in range.
-Telmisartan: 20mg daily keeps my BP in check and notably helps my track sessions.
-Tadalafil: 5mg daily for heart support and my girl doesnt seem to mind either.
-Masteron: I havent started it yet but I'm planning of taking 150mg split MWF and lowering or even dropping the anastrozole.
-Dutasteride: 0.5mg twice a week, I'm thinking of dropping this in favor of a topical like RU58841.
Other PEDs I sometimes add or did:
-EQ: Used it along with 250mg of test but had to drop it as even at 100mg my E2 came at <16 on bloodworks, also gave me anxious hunger.
-Retatrutide: Used it on a cut and had really good results but had to drop it as it depleated my glycogen and my times on track started to take a hit.
-Salbutamol: 2mg before a track event, just enough to feel an edge.
-Anavar: Absolutely love it and run it pre-workout whenever Driada has it in stock, even at 30mg PWO I can keep adding weight to the bar week after week.
-Winstrol: Great cosmetic effects, really hurts my joints after 2 weeks.
OTC supplements:
-Omega 3s: at least 1g a day, more if not eating fish.
-Probiotics: Used to sleep on these, really changed my well being.
-Q10, citicoline, NAC, iron and D3.
-Magnesium bisglycinate, L-theanine, GABA and melatonin: Always had trouble sleeping, not with these.
I usually take my bloods every 1 to 2 months to keep everything in check and I've found that this stack allows me to keep doing what I love and have my mood and well being at my best. Thats pretty much it, thanks. SH
