Goal is to build lean muscle in a slight calorie surplus over the next months.

Compounds and supplements I will use:
300mg Test E weekly (150 Tuesday/Friday)
HCG 1000IU weekly (500 split)
0,5mg Anastrozole weekly (0.25 split and take if needed)
Oral Minoxidil 2.5mg daily (promote hairgrowth, prevent hairloss)
Topical Minoxidil daily (promote hairgrowth, prevent hairloss)
Finasteride 0.5mg daily (block dht)
GHK cu 2mg daily (improve skin quality)
Might add primo not sure yet if yes like 150-200mg?
Zinc, Magnesium, Fish oil, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Melatonin

Will be following my strict upper lower workout plan twice a week so 4 training days 3 off with a lot of cardio to keep heart healthy and also burn calories. Around 30-40min of Zone 2 cardio 5 days a week with arond 8-10k steps a day.

Diet will be in a slight calorie surplus of around 3000 calories with protein instake of 200g and 60g of fats. Rest will be filled with carbs. Especially will eat high quality food and not as much fast food. Always preworkout carbs and drink like rice pudding with a banana and a zero energy drink. Will have one cheat meal on weekend if I really need it.

Let me know if you have any tips and advice for me guys I will start next week.

Jim, you’ve clearly put some thought into this, brother. Training four days, Zone 2, 8-10k steps and a controlled surplus is a much better foundation than the usual “take gear and hope” approach 😂

But I’d simplify this massively.

You’re 23 and this is supposed to be a lean bulk. You already have Test, HCG, anastrozole, oral + topical minoxidil, finasteride and GHK-Cu on the table, and you’re considering Primo before you’ve even started.

Too many moving parts.

If something improves or goes wrong, you want to know why. Adding Primo from day one teaches you nothing about how you respond to testosterone alone. Same with the AI: having it available is one thing, automatically taking it because it’s written into the plan is another. Don’t chase an E2 number without symptoms and context.

I’d also take oral minoxidil seriously. It’s a systemic cardiovascular drug, not just another hair supplement. With PEDs in the picture, BP and resting HR deserve proper monitoring.

Nutrition-wise, 3,000 kcal is simply your starting hypothesis. Track morning weight and use the weekly average, waist weekly, pictures every two weeks and your logbook every session. If weight and performance aren’t moving, food goes up. If your waist is running away from your performance, you’re gaining too fast.

And 200 g protein is plenty. You don’t need to win a protein-eating competition.

Before starting, get proper baseline bloodwork and BP. Then make this thread a real weekly log.

You already have enough tools, brother. Now the skill is resisting the temptation to use all of them at once.
