Hello i am 29 yo i have done 4/5 cycles but now i was using test only from last 2 years non stop at around 150 mg per week just to not get a drop
from last 1 year before that i was at 250 mg once a week

Now i stopped everything for 3 months did not touch anything i wanted to cleanse my body from everything but now my libido is very low and i have gained around 10 kg fat .

My latest testosterone is 2.10 ng/mL (~210 ng/dL), LH 3.9, FSH 3.4, prolactin 6.6. ALT is 55 and ferritin 394. SHBG, free testosterone and estradiol are still pending.

I’ve started retatrutide 1 mg/week and want to lose around 10 kg, get shredded/vascular again, while also getting my natural testosterone and libido back.

What would you recommend I take or do for these goals? hCG, enclomiphene, something else?

I just started today enclomiphene at 25 mg but should i now take HCG also or not and if yes how much dosage pls ?

And what can i add further any thing else to give vascularity and muscle fullness proviron ? Or any peptide or any advice ? Please

I’m looking for evidence-based medical advice, particularly from someone experienced with post-TRT hypogonadism/recovery, rather than advice for running another bodybuilding cycle.

Here is my full blood test result here .

Thank you and god bless whoever will read and answer me properly with knowledge 🙏

Hey Shoaib!

After reading both your post and the bloodwork, I would slow this down and simplify it.

You’ve been using testosterone continuously for roughly two years and you’ve only been completely off for three months. Now your testosterone is 2.10 ng/mL, but LH 3.9 and FSH 3.4 are already measurable and within the laboratory male ranges. That tells me this is not a situation where I’d immediately start throwing hCG, enclomiphene, Proviron and peptides at you all at once.

Your low libido also makes sense in the context of total testosterone around 210 ng/dL. Prolactin is normal at 6.6, while SHBG, free testosterone and estradiol are still pending. I’d wait for those results before trying to “fix” another number.

There are also two things outside testosterone that I wouldn’t ignore. ALT is mildly elevated at 55 and ferritin has climbed from 177 to 395 ng/mL, despite CRP being low. That deserves follow-up rather than simply adding more compounds.

The good news is that several markers have actually improved since April. Hematocrit dropped from 50.7% to 46%, hemoglobin from 17.6 to 16.0, creatinine from 110 to 102 µmol/L, and HDL improved from 0.93 to 1.09 mmol/L.

One more thing I’d take seriously: fasting glucose is technically within range, but fasting insulin is 13.8 mIU/L and HOMA-IR is elevated at 3.404. With the 10 kg fat gain you mentioned, improving insulin sensitivity through fat loss, diet, training, sleep and activity may do more for how you look and feel than adding something just for “vascularity.”

So forget the shredded look for a minute, brother. First recover the man, then build the physique.

Get the pending SHBG, free T and E2. Repeat the hormonal panel after an appropriate interval with your doctor, investigate the ferritin/ALT, and decide what recovery actually looks like from the trend rather than from one blood draw. I would not self-add hCG or increase enclomiphene from forum dosing advice.

You’re 29. You have time to get lean again. Give your endocrine system a fair chance to show you what it can recover before changing five variables simultaneously.

Thank you so much sir for all your guidance i have just recieved my full bloodwork right now please have a look at it .

Problem is that i dont have any specific doctor for this kind of issue i am in france and here doctors do not prescribe us any kind of extra bloodwork like these very easily and also medication is almost impossible to get from them

-So i want to ask you on the bases of this full bloodwork now is adding enclomiphene a good idea ? Because i am already using it from last 3 days at 25 mg
And do i need hcg also or not ?

-Please please kindly if you can do recommend me any kind of thing that i can add other than that like a peptide or sarm or anabolic i really want to add an extra thing in there maybe not right now but in coming weeks what are your thoughts on that too please what can i use because i dont have knowledge in peptides or sarms

Hi Shoaib!

Thanks. Now that I’ve seen the complete bloodwork, I want to approach this properly rather than just throwing compounds at you.

Your low libido makes sense with total testosterone at 2.10 ng/mL and free testosterone at 5.7 pg/mL. At the same time, LH 3.9 and FSH 3.4 tell us that there is already some endogenous signalling after being off testosterone for three months.

That is why I still wouldn’t start stacking hCG, Proviron, SARMs, peptides and other anabolics on top of what you’re already doing. We need to see what your body is capable of recovering first.

But I also understand what you’re asking me. You don’t only want your hormones back, you want your physique back. And I’m not automatically against helping you with that. I just want to choose tools based on the problem rather than choose a drug and invent a reason to use it.

So give me a little more information.

Send me your current weight, height, waist measurement and roughly where your calories/macros are now. If you’re comfortable doing it, post current relaxed photos from the front, side and back, preferably under normal lighting. No pump, no flattering angles. I want to see the actual starting condition.

Also tell me how you’re currently training, how many steps you’re averaging, whether you’re doing cardio, how you’re sleeping and what your libido/erections are like right now.

Then we can separate two completely different jobs: recovering your hormonal situation and rebuilding your physique.

The latter may eventually leave room for other tools, but I don’t want to recommend something simply because you want more vascularity. Your HOMA-IR is 3.404, ALT 55 and ferritin around 395, so right now getting leaner and improving the metabolic picture has to be part of the strategy.

And remember, some things are already moving in the right direction. Hematocrit is down to 46%, creatinine has improved and HDL has improved as well.

So I’m not telling you “take nothing and come back in six months.”

I’m telling you: show me exactly where you are now, and we’ll decide what actually deserves a place in the plan.

Keep updating me here, bro c We’ll take it step by step and make decisions from data and progress, not impatience.

Hi Shoaib,

I can add that if you’ve started down the path of restoring your natural hormone production, you shouldn’t use any SARMs, Proviron, and so on right now, because all of that will stop your recovery.

Based on your bloodwork, your recovery is going very quickly. Recently, a friend of mine started PCT after 10 years of using testosterone and other steroids. After 5 months, his testosterone was already approaching the normal range. It’s now been about a year, and he’s seeing an andrologist to restore his fertility. I just want to say that this isn’t a quick process, but your numbers are already pretty good considering it’s only been 3 months.

So right now, you just need to continue using enclomiphene and not add anything that could interfere with recovery. As Shark already said, HCG isn’t appropriate here either, as it would only slow down the recovery of your natural testosterone production.

As for your libido, it should start coming back soon. I often notice that it rises sharply once testosterone reaches around 3–4 ng/mL.

What does make sense to add are supplements like zinc, selenium, vitamin E, and so on. We can talk about that separately. But we need to understand — are you planning to try for a child now, or have you simply decided to restore your testosterone?

1. Please tell me, do you have any chronic health conditions?
2. As for the high ferritin — have you been taking any iron supplements? If not, it would be worth looking into your iron metabolism.
3. Regarding glucose metabolism, there are clear signs of insulin resistance. It also makes sense to get some additional tests done here. We’ll send you a list.
4. As for retatrutide, it could potentially be used since it won’t interfere with testosterone recovery and may help with the glucose metabolism issue. But first, we need to do some blood tests to understand exactly what’s going on.

Thank you so much shark so here is all the details and my pictures below so :

Height : 6ft 3
Weight : 110kg
Activity i am a taxi driver so sedentary
Body measurements :
Pictures taken after breakfast .
Waist : 41 in

Hips 42 in

Arms 17.6 in

Thigh 26.2 in

Chest 43 in

Workout : 5 to 6 times a week which consists of 60 minute weight training and 20 minute cardio mostly i do cardio every day for 20 min and its mostly elliptical that i do

So for the start i used to be a little overweight. I used to be at 125 KG in my teenage but then I did a natural transformation from 125. I got to 85 KG in less than one year all naturally.

Then I shifted more towards building muscles, so I tried to gain mass but without having a huge caloric surplus, I’m not counting exactly my calories right now, but I’m around 200 g of protein probably around 250 g carbs and 80 g fats right now.

I do have good muscle size right now, but I also put up fat very quickly. I have noticed in my 13 years of weight training that I can put on weight or muscles very easily but when it comes to losing fat, it’s a bit hard and I can gain it back very quickly .

So I gained around 10 KG in the last six months mostly because of bad eating habits because I want isn’t doing any steroid cycle properly. I was only on TRT but now the last three months since I have stopped I think this is where I have gained the most weight.

So currently, I’m using reta at 1 mg per week and now I think I’m going to shift at 1 MG per week but twice so 2 mg in total because for now I did not felt anything special apart from constipation, and my hunger got controlled, but the last three days I felt more hungry

And with that, I also need something that can help me get back to shape. I’m not looking to become a bodybuilder, but just want to get in shape having a good full body with proper visible abs.

I’m also sharing you a picture of mine just one year ago at 98 kg running testosterone at 250 per week with mast at 200 I have never done big cycles or anything strong. I have only done maximum testosterone masteron and anavar .

And for now I don’t want to have kids. I already have two kids in which one I got after being on cycle .

So honestly, no, I’m just looking to get better in shape losing the fat with RETA and something else to get me more fuller and give me more pump more visibility in the muscles what are your thoughts for that on glp1 Lr3 i’m thinking about shifting to peptides because it doesn’t shut down the testosterone so I will listen to you very closely. Thank you so much for your effort. It really means a lot to me.

Hello sir, I have attached to my pictures also and replied to the message of shark so I have not taken anything for ferritine and I’m not taking any supplements apart from protein and pre-workout and now I just started taking creatine and I only take vitamin C and omega-3

Also i want to add that libido is not great but not bad either i still feel good just that performance is not the same anymore erection are good if i give a break i get greater erections but overall my sex drive has taken a hit a bit i cant last longer but for now it does not bother me too much cause its managable and just needs time i guess but yes i did lossed some size in my testicles like bit of shrinkeg which refects i guess the low testosterone hopefully enclomiphene can restaure that

And please also add me what dose of enclo is good for my case im currently at 25 mg

Shoaib!

Thanks mate, Now I understand the picture much better. At 6’3”, 110 kg with a 41” waist and a sedentary job, I wouldn’t chase fullness or vascularity with another compound right now. You already train plenty. The biggest lever is getting the body fat and metabolic side moving again.

I also wouldn’t double the Reta just because hunger returned for a few days, especially when you’re already getting constipation. And I wouldn’t add LR3, SARMs, Proviron or an anabolic while you’re trying to see whether your natural testosterone production recovers.

That would muddy the whole experiment.

You’ve already said the sexual side is manageable, so give recovery some time rather than panicking over it.

Your next job is actually simple: keep the recovery clean, make the diet measurable, increase daily movement outside the gym, and lose the first 5 kg. I think you’ll be surprised how much of the muscular look you’re chasing is already underneath.

Keep updating me with weight, waist and photos. We’ll adjust from what your body actually does, not from impatience!!
