i don't get why cardarine has this bad reputation among the bodybuilding culture, it's a great compound for a body recomp and i recommend everyone should at least try it for 2 weeks before talking nonsense
basically cardarine was abandoned as a human drug because it presented signs of cancer development. I use it ocasionally and i think is a good drug. Improves your cardio and endurance, but no one is really to sure of the downsides, so i dont really think is worth the risk for most people.

I think you should probably stay away from stims and dubious compounds like cardarine for fat loss. just pick a glp1 of your choice and titrate up until you get the desired effect. In the long run what matters is a consistent caloric deficit. i dont know if its the case or not but "treatment" with semaglutide only starts around 1mg/week dosage and you kinda have to titrate up to it every 4 weeks(0.25mg/0.5mg/1mg), so you have to wait 2 months basically before you reach an effective dosage. Then after you reach a state where you really feel the supression you have to shift your mentally from not eating to forcing yourself to eat protein otherwise you will lose a lot of muscle. Here if you are not going to use any steroids reta is the best because it has a anti-catabolic mechanism. Otherwise i think semaglutide + cagrilintide might be a cheaper alternative and regarding anabolics since this a long process you should not go with orals because orals are toxic to the liver and shouldn't be used for long periods of time (maybe 4-8 weeks in a row depending on the compound). Basically the safest injectable for women in my opinion is Primabolan and the dosages that i usually see woman use is around 30mg-60mg/week without virilization effects. As a woman always have cyproterone on hand in case virilization starts say hello.
I have already tryed semaglutid and for me it did Not worked. I have felt no difference, No matter how high the Dose was.
I will give retatrutide a try. Maybe for the Future I will think about Primobolan but I would take it in oral Form, as I don’t want to injecet in the muscle.

Prioritize diet and the compounds I mentioned, adding Anavar just because doesn't make sense and it could make you develop male characters if you dose it wrongly
Okay thank you. I will do the diet first an After that I will do a cycle with some other compounds

i forgot about oral primo which may be a better option than injectable primo for sure, specially on a first cycle and its not 17a alkilated so the liver damage is very low comparing to other orals. The problem with oral primo is the body only absorves about 15%-25% so basically you have to take more and ends up being a bit more expensive. The good think is oral primo leaves the body fast. Driada currently doesnt sell short ester versions of injectable primo, only enanthate which can stay in the body for near a month and that is not good if you start having virilization effects, so rethinking my previous statement dont use injectable primo.
Now you said something very intelligent, oral primo is not that bioavailable and Enanthate is a long ester, considering it has an active half life of 5 days it should exit the body in 35 days, and If any side effect should happen you're screwed

I know that stupid study everyone mentions, it's really not that relevant to us humans because in order to develop cancer you would have to mega dose it (almost 160mg a day!) for 2/3 of your life expectancy which is ridiculous and doesn't make any sense, the truth is we effectively don't know the long term benefits or side effects but I've never heard a bad experience from someone who used it multiplayer times at moderate dosages, only positives

to be honest i also didnt heard about anyone having problems specifically with cardarine. it is a quite unique drug in terms of what it does but still no studies in humans.
