Starting Point
I am currently running a base cycle with:

  • Testosterone Enanthate → 350 mg per week (50 mg ED injections)
  • Drostanolone Enanthate → 350 mg per week (≈50 mg ED, starting week 10)
  • hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) → 250 IU ×2 per week (500 IU total)

On 01.10.2025 I decided to add Oxandrolone (Anavar) on top of this base. The goal is to test how Anavar influences strength, recovery, vascularity, and overall performance while keeping the look lean and dry.

Protocol
  • Active ingredient: Oxandrolone
  • Form: Oral (10 mg tablets)
  • Half-life: ~9–13 hours
  • Dosage: 30 mg per day total for 6 weeks
  • Schedule: split into 3×10 mg tablets → morning, afternoon, evening

Why 30 mg for 6 weeks?

  • Oxandrolone is considered one of the milder oral steroids, but as with any oral, it still passes through the liver. Running 30 mg/day for 6 weeks is a conservative balance: enough to experience the positive effects (strength, hardness, recovery) while avoiding unnecessary hepatotoxicity. Higher dosages or longer durations would increase strain on liver enzymes and lipid values.

Why split into 3 doses?

  • With a half-life of 9–13 hours, splitting the dose helps keep a steady plasma level throughout the day.
  • 10 mg three times daily → more consistent effect across training and recovery windows, instead of big peaks and dips.
  • Smaller, spread-out doses also help to reduce side effects, especially:
    • GI discomfort
    • liver strain from a single larger bolus
    • “back pumps” (lower back tightness some users experience with orals)
  • Overall, this makes the experience smoother, more stable, and safer.
Subjective Experience
How do you feel?

  • Energy / Strength / Motivation: Already improved since starting testosterone as the base – energy levels are higher and daily motivation feels strong. No dips during training or outside the gym.
  • Mood / Libido / Mental State: Mood is noticeably better, more stable and positive. Libido is strong and steady, no negative swings. Mentally I feel sharper and more centered.
  • Recovery / Sleep / Appetite: Sleep quality has improved, I fall asleep faster and wake up more refreshed. Recovery between sessions feels quicker, and appetite is good without being excessive.
  • Noticeable effects so far: At this stage, most of the positive changes are thanks to testosterone. The specific benefits of Anavar (strength spikes, vascularity, pumps, hardness) should start to become more noticeable in the coming weeks. I’ll track those closely and update them here in the log.
Objective Data
All my measurable data (weight changes, blood pressure, bloodwork, performance stats, and photos) are being tracked and updated in my current cycle log.

➡️ There you’ll find:
  • Weight updates (before cycle, weekly progress, current BW)
  • Blood pressure readings (kept consistent throughout the cycle)
  • Bloodwork panels (testosterone, estradiol, hematocrit, liver enzymes, lipids, etc.)
  • Progress pictures documenting physique changes

For this Anavar add-on (starting 01.10.2025), I’ll reference back to those numbers and post updates here as the compound begins to show measurable effects over the next 6 weeks.

Product Quality and Credibility
Product Quality and Credibility
I’ve been only using Driada products and I trust them. In the past, I even ran my own blind lab tests to confirm the raws and dosages — everything came back consistent and legit. That gave me confidence in the brand, and so far they’ve never disappointed me.
  • Legitimacy: Feels exactly like what it should. The onset and effects of Anavar match expectations.
  • Consistency: No unexpected side effects or strange reactions — everything lines up with the profile of Oxandrolone.
  • Progress in the gym: Strength and recovery are moving in the right direction; nothing suggests underdosing.
  • Quality: No signs of bunk or weak product. Pumps, energy, and training drive are on point — all consistent with a properly dosed Anavar.

I hold this brand in high regard, and I’ll keep updating the log as the weeks go on.
Side Effects and Injection Feedback
Report any issues
  • Side effects: None so far from Anavar (Day 1). No acne, no mood swings, no GI issues, no fatigue.
  • Injection site pain (PIP): From the base cycle (Test E), injections are smooth. I use a 23G needle for glute injections and rotate sites. Occasionally mild soreness if hitting scar tissue, but nothing major.
  • Method: Standard intramuscular injections (glutes), hCG subQ with insulin pin. Anavar is oral, so no injection-related issues there.
  • Management: At this stage, nothing needed — no sides yet. For the future, I already have support supplements in place (NAC, TUDCA, electrolytes, etc.) to manage liver health and overall balance.

It’s still way too early to give a verdict on Anavar — today is literally Day 1 at 30 mg/day split into three doses. So far, I can only say that my base protocol with testosterone has already improved energy, mood, sleep, and overall motivation.

For Anavar specifically, I expect to notice:

  • Strength and explosiveness gains in the gym and combat sports
  • Fuller pumps and improved vascularity
  • A leaner, drier look toward the end of the 6-week run
  • Stable recovery between multiple weekly sessions

I’ll keep updating this log weekly with both subjective and objective data. For now, this is just the starting point, and the real feedback will come as the weeks progress.

Man… love the way you’ve set this up. Solid base with Test and Mast before adding Anavar… smart move instead of just throwing everything at once. The ED pinning on the Test and Mast keeps levels stable… and 30 mg of Var split through the day is the sweet spot to feel its effects without hammering your liver.

keeping health support tight (NAC, TUDCA, hCG, Arimidex on hand) and for tracking weight, BP, and labs… big cheers on this… That’s exactly how to run an experiment with a new compound.

My only advice right now… don’t chase early changes. Var usually shows its magic around week 3–4: pumps get crazy, vascularity pops, and strength creeps up without water or bloat. Just stay on top of your calories and hydration! (Var loves glycogen) Keep your sodium/potassium balance dialed so you don’t cramp.

Also… post some pics and update body comp numbers once Var kicks in. Seeing how your physique reacts to the combo (Test + Mast + Var) would help everyone here give better feedback, especially since you’re testing its impact on combat performance, not just bodybuilding.

So far… textbook execution. Stay patient, stay on labs, and keep us posted when that Var hardness starts showing.
