Glad to hear the infection cleared up and that you avoided surgery, that’s a win in every sense. Getting back to training after something like that always feels like a fresh start, and the fact that you’re jumping in with structure and control says a lot about your mindset.

That new stack looks solid and balanced. The Test and Mast combo always delivers clean, stable progress, and adding NPP should give you that extra anabolic edge and smoother recovery. Great that you’re keeping HGH in there too; it’ll help your joints and tissue bounce back even stronger after the downtime.

I would suggest Take the first couple of weeks steady, let your body remember the rhythm before pushing hard. The excitement and drive you’ve got right now are gold, just channel it smart. Hello, I'm back after almost a month and after one month of training and supplementation from Driada, I'm adding an update.

What I'm currently taking is test e 420mg, drost e 700mg, npp 420mg, proviron for decoration 25mg daily, hgh 6iu before bed and insulin 5iu before training and 5iu after training

My diet is very clean and is 280g protein, 550g carbs (I will increase every week), 70g fat, 40g fiber

My training has been unchanged for years, I just adjust the amount of training volume I do, whether I'm in surplus or deficit.

upper, lower, rest and repeat.

I currently weigh 101kg and am 170cm tall.

The pressure bp is 130/80.

The gift that I'm testing from Driada was NPP and it's noticeable, I'm gaining strength and it's a pure combination.

how do you count your macros? I mean do you count protein from indirect sources like peanut butter,rice etc, or just straight animal sources?
