How to Earn Rewards

Well, So it's over my friends. The competition went pretty well, I didn't win the pro card but I made it to the top 6 which is a success. My weight was 81kg.
My 20 week prep brought a lot of pain, self-denial and my weight went from 104kg to 81kg which is a lot and a lot of it was also muscles which in the end I overdid it and made a mistake. But doesnt matter we finally going to eat 😅 and start slowly. I'm starting a reverse diet on basal metabolism calories,
I'll slow down the workouts, I'll slow down the cardio also. And PED decrease to 50%
T3 and t4 still in the game but other Tst,mast, tren 50% reduced… body need adapt 😇 update will by the next 2-3weeks.
Thank you for your support and @Driadashop product what is my game changer in bodybuilding world 💪💪
Mate you are the beast!

started health phase post show:

Week 1-8 : decrease compound around 50%
Test enan 210 mg/week (works perfect no side effect)
Drost enan 420 mg/week
Tren enan 210 mg/week
Winstrol cut off
T3/T4 25mcg, 100mcg daily still in game for now
Proviron 25mg daily
Clenbuterol cut off (decrease cortisol stress)
Yohimbine cut off (decrease cortisol stress)
Arimidex ( estrogenic side effects ): 0,5 mg e3d
Tudca ( liver support ) 2 Caps
Cabergoline 0.5 mg e3d

Update will be soon

Of course, just decrease total volume for couple weeks and then reduce tren to zero 😇

DUDE! , phenomenal work, a few thoughts for future wins…

First up, massive props… the transformation from ~80 kg post-comp diet to 95 kg is solid.

That kind of growth (especially with lean muscle) doesn’t happen by accident. You clearly mastered a clinical combo of cycles, diet swings, and recovery discipline. Maintaining cycle support year-round with HGH, switching compounds smartly in bulking vs dieting, using T3/T4, clen, yohimbine etc. when you need to lean down… it all shows you’ve done your homework.

Your photo updates are consistent and legit.

The conditioning, muscle fullness, shape around the biceps and shoulders, the density you’re showing… it’s obvious you’re not just piling on weight, you’re molding it. People talk about “stage appearance” or “top-6” as goals but you’re already showing what that kind of look demands. Respect!!

Your nutrition swings are intense but well execute bulking at ~5000 cals, then cutting aggressively down to ~2000-2500, adjusting macros, and managing that with compound load. That’s a heavy metabolic demand, and you’ve held things together impressively.

Also huge point for smart support: mitigating risks, sleeping, dialing down volume and cardio as fatigue piles up. Those are moves that separate the pros from the guys who crash mid-prep.

Sharks Key points!! Love the fact you are honoring your body’s limits!!!

When you say fatigue is brutal, sleep is crap, digestion sucks, you’re dialing down stressors. Less cardio, lowering PED dosages, planning a reverse diet afterwards… those adjust-ments are what’ll let you keep doing this year after year without burning out. That kind of long-game mindset is rare.

If I nitpick just one thing (so you keep leveling beyond beast mode): consider tapering the extreme phases even more gently. When dropping from 104 kg to 81 kg, a lot of that shift is great, but there’s always collateral stress immune, hormonal, metabolic.

Maybe next time reduce volume a bit earlier, or ease into the cut with a more gradual deficit so CNS, hormones, and mental edge stay sharper.

Bottom line: you crushed it!! 😍😍😎😎 You’ve shown serious mastery over growth cycles, contest prep, and health management. Those photos aren’t just progress, they’re proof that strategy + consistency + smart supplementation wins.

Can’t wait to see how you walk on stage and what your reverse diet / off-season build looks like. Keep pushing, stay smart, and thanks for sharing this…

it’s inspiring for anyone in this game!!!

oh my god sir, I don't even know where to start and how incredibly I appreciate your praise and reviews of my story. I am incredibly grateful to you 🙏 I'm currently in a period of recovery, stress reduction (supplements, peds, cardio, training and gradually increasing my food intake by 200 calories per week)… well I think I'll do blood tests go 2-3 months later and then I'll go into the bulking phase and selected compounds based on that. ☺️ thank you so much again ❤️

2 weeks after competiton is much better 🥹 glycogen is back, workout is adorable pump effect 🙏❤️

Solid update, man!!

Three weeks post-show and only +5 kg with THAT condition still tight!!!

that’s how you do a rebound without losing the package you built. Keeping food clean with just a single refeed per week shows discipline and the macro setup looks balanced: protein high enough to hold tissue, carbs giving you enough fuel to grow back slowly, fats moderate so hormones stay stable. That’s F****ng textbook!!

Training adjustments make sense too. Dropping volume and splitting hams/quads separately will let you recover while still keeping density work in. Cardio taper is on point; enough to keep appetite, digestion and insulin sensitivity sharp, but not so much that it hammers recovery.

PED adjustments are smart as well. Pulling down to ~200 mg test and tren each with mast a bit higher keeps you in that “cruise but still enhanced” zone :ROFLMAO::LOL::love:, muscle retention, a bit of hardness, but way less systemic stress. Proviron daily, GH split, metformin at night… that’s a really solid combo for body comp and long-term health markers. Retatrutide in there is interesting too… should help keep appetite and fat regain in check during this rebound.

Only thing I’d watch is running tren this close post-show. 210 mg isn’t crazy, but if you’re already lean and calories are creeping up, you might not need it to hold condition. Could always taper that out later in the rebound once you’re stable and let test/mast do the work.

Overall though… this is one of the cleanest post-show protocols I’ve seen recently. No binging, no “blow up 15 kg” mistakes. Just measured food, measured drugs, measured recovery.

That’s how you build on stage condition instead of erasing it. Respect!!

Thanks for sharing…

Hello my friend and best comunnity driada ❤️
Update post 5 weeks diet. Last week i have 1 week reset which mean much more junk food ☺️🥹

Almost 2️⃣ weeks after the diet.
The workouts are extremely good 💪 (the pump effect is literally amazing 🔥).
Currently I train according to the feeling, with a high number of repetitions and dropped sets at the end 🏋️‍♂️

The reset week was perfect 😌, but during that time I gained about +8 kg so now is around 95kgs and 168cm — most of it is water of course 💧, so I'm not increasing my diet yet, let it all wash out nicely.

💦 Water intake: around 10-12L per day
🌿 Natural diuretics: included and sodium now reduced to a minimum for a few days.
⚡️ Electrolytes: a given in high doses

And yet the classic — water retention and lower back pain 🤦🏻‍♂️
My "scooping up" always takes its toll 😅
Luckily, my sleep is slowly improving 🙏

Supplements & supplementation 💊:
berberine HCL, r ala, vitamin b12 methylcobalamin + hydroxicobalamin + deoxyadenosylcobalamin, l glutathione, CoQ10 (ubiquinol), TUDCA, omega-3, mix tocotrienols, beta-sitosterol, zinc (selenomethionine + carnosine), selenium, iron, B-complex, D3/K2, red yeast, niacinamide, liposomal C, curcumin C3, digestive enzymes, probiotics, NAC, TMG, betaine/pepsin, melatonin, L-theanine, GABA, KSM-66, citrus bergamot, garlic extract, creatine 25g, glutamine 20g, magnesium glycinate 600mg, magnesium malate 400mg, potassium citrate 4000mg, calcium citrate 1500mg ⚙️

Cycle
Test e 140mg/week
Mast e 140mg/week
proviron 25mg daily
GH 4iu daily (during night go to piss)
Retatrutide 1.5mg/week
Levocarnitine 400mg pre workout
Metformin 500mg pre bed
Telmisartan 40mg pre bed

🔥 The body is slowly stabilizing, energy is growing and the form is being cleaned day by day.
Patience, regeneration and consistency — that's the goal now 💯

Man… love this update. You’re showing exactly how a smart reset should look after a long diet… water comes back fast, the scale jumps, but you’re not panicking or rushing food… just letting the body settle and clean up. That’s how you avoid turning a well-earned rebound into sloppy fat gain.

Training by feel with high reps and drop sets after a diet makes a lot of sense!! it lets you chase pump and blood flow without burying your CNS. And clearly it’s working if the pumps are “literally amazing”.

The supplement and support stack is next level… seems to me you’re covering everything: liver, lipids, glucose, digestion, electrolytes… that’s what lets you run compounds safely long term. Retatrutide + low-dose Test/Mast + GH at night is a really clean recovery setup while you let the body normalize.

Biggest advice right now… keep riding patience. Let the water flush naturally, keep electrolytes balanced (don’t kill sodium forever!

just bring it back gradually), and don’t slam calories until you’ve fully stabilized. Also keep an eye on lower back pain… could be water + pumps + spine loading; extra stretching and low-intensity walking can help.

You’re playing the long game the right way… stay consistent and this phase will set you up huge for the next push!!

Keep pushing mate!!
