Hello my friend and best comunnity driada

Update post 5 weeks diet. Last week i have 1 week reset which mean much more junk food

Almost

weeks after the diet.
The workouts are extremely good

(the pump effect is literally amazing

).
Currently I train according to the feeling, with a high number of repetitions and dropped sets at the end
The reset week was perfect

, but during that time I gained about +8 kg so now is around 95kgs and 168cm — most of it is water of course

, so I'm not increasing my diet yet, let it all wash out nicely.

Water intake: around 10-12L per day

Natural diuretics: included and sodium now reduced to a minimum for a few days.

️ Electrolytes: a given in high doses
And yet the classic — water retention and lower back pain

My "scooping up" always takes its toll

Luckily, my sleep is slowly improving
