I started the following aas set:
Weeks 1-4 Test propi about 300mg
Weeks 1-4 Testosterone enanthate 200-300mg per week
Weeks 4-12 Testosterone propionate 50-100mg 3xweekly and enanthate 250mg per week. So total testosterone 400-550mg/week.
The dose of the following can be increased, but this is how I started nadrolon:
Nandrolone decanoate 100mg per week
Nandrolone phenylpropionate 50-75mg 3xweekly. So total Nadrolon 250-325mg/week.
I am 45 years old. All possible body protection and support substances. Also vitamins etc. that a professional bodybuilder told me to buy. Blood tests every 3 months and a sports doctor's appointment.
I last trained in 2018 and since then I haven't really done anything so my muscles are in bad shape. This causes a problem because I have to start giving bench press coaching, training and also planning personal bench press programs. Target group: youth,
I have been training at the gym for about 2 weeks before that with my own weight at home. The iron weighs an incredible amount and the sets are really small. It causes a lot of stress, because the bench press and other movements should be made to go very quickly and easier than now. I know that nervousness etc. may be the most important factor now. I have to go at 5 am so that my current condition and the fact that the weights are not moving are not apparent to those who come to the training. In the worst case, the whole thing is in danger and I lose a lot of money and also the fact that my family gets to go to the gym for free. bench press raw 238 and my weight is about 100kg in 2018
What do you think if I also take methandione at a dose of 10-30mg or turinabol 20-40mg or what driandashop injection would help quickly so that the muscles don't get tired and the previous condition starts to return quickly.

I’ll be very straight with you here, please don’t take me wrong…

What you’re trying to fix right now is not a chemistry problem… it’s a detraining problem.

You stopped training for years. Your nervous system, joint tolerance, motor patterns, tendon stiffness, bar path efficiency… all of that disappeared. That’s why the bar feels heavy. That’s why the sets feel stressful. That’s why you’re waking up at 5am trying to hide it.

No amount of nandrolone or adding dbol or tbol is going to magically restore coordination and neural efficiency. Those things don’t come from milligrams, they come from reps, time under the bar, and rebuilding the pattern.

Right now you’re already on a fairly heavy stack for someone who has basically just come back after years off. Adding an oral on top won’t solve fatigue or make the lifts suddenly “look right” again. What it will do is add stress, water, and false strength before your joints and tendons are ready for it.

The biggest risk here isn’t losing face… it’s tearing something while chasing a past version of yourself that doesn’t exist yet.

Not everything is bad… You benched 238 raw at 100kg once. That doesn’t disappear forever. But it also doesn’t come back in weeks just because you push harder chemically.

If the goal is to look credible in front of youth athletes, the fastest way there is:

- Get your technique back first
- Rebuild work capacity
AND Let the nervous system wake up again!!!

Strength returns faster than muscle once patterns are restored.

Honestly, right now I wouldn’t add anything. Not methandienone, not turinabol, not another injectable.

Focus on: work, Frequent practice, Speed and groove AND Recovery!

Within a couple of months you’ll move like yourself again… and that will be far more convincing than chasing a short term boost that your body isn’t structurally ready to support.

You don’t need more drugs. You need time under the bar again and patience!!
