Semaglutide (at an average dose of 1 mg per week) to master my appetite and fix my relationship with food.
Testosterone Enanthate / Cypionate (250 mg per week) to optimize my hormonal profile, preserve hard-earned muscle, and fuel my recovery.
But numbers and dosages only tell half the story. The truth is, this has been eighteen months of relentless consistency, intense training, and mental shifting.
And the best part? I am nowhere near finished.
