Over the years, I’ve stopped chasing higher and higher doses. These days, my focus is on finding the right balance between performance, recovery, and long-term health.
My current protocol consists of:
I make small adjustments to my dosages depending on my current phase, recovery, physique, and blood work. Testosterone and Masteron typically range between 300–700 mg per week, while I keep NPP relatively low at around 200 mg per week. HGH ranges from 4–6 IU per day, depending mainly on recovery and water retention.
The only significant change I make is during a cutting phase, when I replace NPP with Trenbolone. Other than that, my protocol remains largely the same.
Although I’m currently in a bulking phase, I’ve decided to take a deload period to give my body a break. Right now, my protocol is:
Sometimes taking a step back is exactly what allows you to move forward. Better recovery, less stress on the body, and a chance to prepare for the next phase of quality progress.
My goal isn’t to use the highest doses possible. I’d rather stay consistent, recover well, keep my health markers under control, and continue making progress for the long run.
