Acid reflux

Back Acid reflux
i found for myself alot of spices, vegetables and sauces and such stuff made stuff even harder i believe its all the "sups"/roids and food we consume and the gut gets inflamated and unbalanced its hard to balance this things i personaly am realy limited what i can eat to feel good and dont have acid reflux and inflamations... even pills i got that suppose to help for gut health and acid didnt fix the problem untill i looked around the food, even timin of food, water can also be harsh if consumed too much id say it stress the gut when food consumed and such i also personaly avoid lactose and milk products also i avoid alot "thick food (slimy like) because that makes my gut and acid worse"....
Spacing out meals and keeping a food diary are excellent, gentle steps toward restoring long-term digestive harmony

This problem has been pestering me and I haven't found what exactly causes it or how to resolve it.

Last summer, I noticed I had problems with acid reflux, as I was eating large quantities of parboiled rice. I switched the type of rice to basmati and jasmine and the problem went away. This year when I was cutting, I switched my carb source from rice to pasta and was fine (until my cycle for a powerlifting meet, where I used turinabol and anadrol, when it returned, but went away after cessation of orals). Now I'm bulking again and eating 400g of rice per day and I'm getting acid reflux ever since I started eating rice again, doesn't matter if it's basmati or jasmine or parboiled. Eating slower and taking digestive enzymes before meals seems to help soemtimes a little, but the correlation seems weak to me. What do you think the reason could be? And how can I resolve it? If you need more context, I will gladly provide it.
I also suffer from acid reflux—I found out after having an upper endoscopy (gastroscopy). Unfortunately, when I eat very large meals (around 650g of carbs, 250g of protein, and 40g of fat), my stomach really struggles.

I also take digestive enzymes with every heavy meal. Before breakfast, I take 10g of glutamine, and another 10g before going to bed. Besides supporting muscle recovery, I’ve found that it helps my gut empty more efficiently and maintain a healthy balance of gut bacteria. I’ve also noticed that if I eat dinner late, I feel awful the next day. But if I finish eating early and wait 2–3 hours before going to bed, I don’t experience any bloating or other digestive issues.

In the meantime, I’d recommend getting an upper endoscopy (gastroscopy) and food intolerance tests. Rice can also cause stomach issues for some people, while parboiled rice seems to be the easiest to digest.
