Yeah, that´s what i meant, often the records are lower in the higher weight classes ...
That was the same 20 years ago ...
i guess it depends where the elite lifters have competed ... and thats often lower weight classes
Well, 210 RAW doesn´t really scare me, i thought it would be much higher .
In my best times 20 years ago, i did 2reps with that @110KG.
So, it might be worth an attack in my old days
Can you send me a link to a modern band shirt ? How can I imagine that, like a slingshot ?

Yeah you can compare it a bit with a slingshot as shirt.
Best Brands are for that F8,Titan, Bench Daddy and old school INZER.
When you want to start with that give me a sign snd we'll find best one for you. Its a lot of fun. Because its easy to learn, you can get it on and off alone and you can compete with that shirts as well in germany

Looks a lil bit more extreme than the Metal Shirts back then ... but i can imagine they are easy to get in and out
