Age 50, working out since 1990 (pre internet era 😜)

Did some powerlifting meets 15-20 years ago, achieved the 3rd place in Austria -110KG class.

So i mostly trained for strenght, not classic bodybuilding.

Still working out 4-5 times a week, with lower weights than before, but still heavy. Teared both of my biceps tendons in the last 15 years, had surgeries, but it all healed well.

Plan to keep working out till my death, it´s just my lifestyle, i can´t image life without training.

Weight is about 125 - 130KG since 10 years.


My PEDS are very low and simple right now :

150mg Test & 75mg Drosta every 5 days

3 IU HGH & 50mg DHEA every day.

all from Driada, except DHEA.

BW is 129 KG.

Yeah, getting a lil more shredded with lower bf definitely sounds interesting ! I wouldn´t mind losing some 10KG of fat and water and get a shredded summer look 😜

Perhaps i´ll give it a shot and increase the HGH to 6IU and add some injectable L-Carnitin and try to eat more clean. (My biggest hurdle ... i never had a diet in my life 😂😂)

I have some from my powerlifting competitions on my PC, i´ll upload some later !
 
Here is an old video of me, around 2005, i was 30 years that time.

My BW was around 110KG.

My best raw bench was 220KG back then.

My best bench for reps :

180 KG x 8
190 KG x 5
200 KG x 3
210 KG x 2

On this workout i did 3 sets with 5 reps / 180 KG. That was a classic heavy chest workout back then.

i don´t rember the exact numbers, but my best squat was about 310KG, Bench 250KG and deadlift 280-290KG (with equipment)

quite low, yes.

Lower doses always worked great for me, so i never had the need to go up higher.

when i was competing the most i took per week was about 500mg Test, + low dose Deca or Drosta, and added some weeks before competition 100mg Tren.

I did cycles for about 12-14 weeks and then completely went off for some month. I did this protocol for many, many years.

I started with gear first time 1998 , i was naturaly training since 8 years that time.

I made huge progress then, my first cycle gained me 11 KG in 10 weeks , from 85 to 96 KG with just some Deca and Methandienone.

Now, since i am older and don´t compete anymore, i am basically on TRT with some extras, as my main compounds are a little testo & HGH.

I am doing this all year round now, and I feel great , healthy and strong and my bloodwork is ok.

Now i´m glad that i never used higher doses, i knew many people that took WAY more than me in that times, they always made jokes about my low dosing .. now they are either dead or complety fucked up and don´t train anymore.

I feel good and young, and plan to keep this for the next 20-30 years !
 
I forgot to mention, occasionally i´ll add some Peptides in the last years ...

I´ll take some GHK-cu every 2 month for 2 weeks, Epitalon for 10 days, 2 times a year, right now 50mcg IGF1LR3 per day for 20 days, i tried some MOTS-C just recently, and when i´m hurt i use BPC157 and TB500

Back to 1991 when my journey started 😜

Me, 16 years old, my first year of training. BW about 70-75KG i think.

Completly natural, not even protein or Creatine, no internet, mobile phones or training plans ... just wanted to look like Arnold and had fun working out 😜

That time i got addicted to the sport ... At the end of that year i hit my first 100KG bench ...

Now, 34 years later, i still feel the same love for this sport ! I hope that i can continue as long as possible !
