Looking for the Best Pre-Workout Available in Europe — Need That Crazy Energy (Maybe Something Like DMAA)?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been searching through tons of subs but never found a satisfying answer. I’m really lost and hopeless here. I want to find a solid pre-workout available in Europe—something that gives me that crazy energy vibe, maybe with DMAA or something similar, just for that intense “crackhead” level of energy.

I’ve tried some supermarket pre-workouts and honestly, they were really weak and disappointing. So if you’ve found a pre-workout that actually works and is available in Europe, please share your experience!

Thanks in advance!

For pump: 1tsp Salt and carbs
For enegery: espresso, monster energy and motivation :D

tbh for a "like dmaa" booster there is no legal product on the market

For pump witout stimulants you can mix your own with for example; AAKG, Citruline Malate or L-citruline , taurine and beta alanine

That would be much cheaper that buying a pre-mixed pre wo.
And you can Controle the ingredients and doses to your own liking

Thanks, man. I’ll definitely look into it. Honestly, making your own stuff sounds like a better approach — you get full control over the dosage of each compound individually. That way, you can fine-tune everything to suit your specific goals and how your body responds.

for stamina Sodium bicarbonate has shown to delay muscle fatigue and is very used in combat sports like jiu jitsu. However some people cannot tolorate sodium bicarbonate and they literally shit themselves while they are making intense effort. So its not for everyone but if you can tolorate it its good.

For non stimulant, I like Gymbeam's FuePerform, it has 5 grams of creatine, as opposed to expensive brands that add about a half gram at maximum but contain tons of caffeine. It also has a decent amount of citrulline, and adaptogens, among other stuff such as vitamins. They offer good discounts for it periodically.
For stimulants, Dark Labs products such as various Crack editions, are quite potent. There is a subreddit called pre workout supplements or similar which lists a lot of these high stimulant powders, along with reviews and discount information.

I have never tried DMAA myself. So for those of you who have - how does it feel?
And how dangerous is it?

For me it's a clear stimulant, stronger than caffeine and feels better than consuming a lot of that. I only use small amounts, about a third of the normal beginner dose. If you have blood pressure or heart problems, just skip it altogether, why risk it, but otherwise it can give a nice boost to a harder workout.
However, you have to use it sparingly. Once a week, or, in case of DMHA, they say you can use it twice, but even then it's better to take breaks. Tolerance develops extremely fast.
I always struggled with low energy, now I got to the point when I need one coffee in the morning and I'm good for the day, so it got better, but earlier in my life I could get used to stimulants fast, so I'm careful to just use them rarely.
If you follow some periodization program, saving it for peak days is a good idea.
If you normally don't use stimulants, it can be a really big hit, but then it's simply not worth to start it regularly.

For me, it doesn't work at all - a friend of mine likes it, he gets the tunnel vision but he also got heart problems because of it after a certain amount of time, so he stopped to use it.
