Hallo,

Meine Frage zu diesen Mittel kann ich das kombinieren mit RETA 10mg und MOTS-C ??

Wenn ja mit wieviel mg sollte man da am besten mit anfangen und wie wäre dann die Steigerung ??

liebe grüße Patrick

Patrick!

I understand what you’re trying to do, brother, but I wouldn’t stack three compounds simply because each one looks interesting on paper.

Reta + Cagrilintide can produce very strong appetite suppression. That may sound perfect for fat loss, but if it turns into nausea, constipation, dehydration, poor food intake and declining training performance, you’ve gained nothing. Adding MOTS-C doesn’t automatically make the combination better.

I’d keep it simple: first establish how you respond to Reta rather than introducing Cagrilintide and MOTS-C simultaneously. If Reta is already controlling appetite and producing steady weight loss, there’s no reason to fix something that isn’t broken.

I also wouldn’t give you an experimental Cagrilintide dosing escalation to combine with 10 mg Reta. That combination deserves medical supervision rather than guessing with milligrams.

Think about it like training, brother: more variables don’t automatically mean more progress. Learn what one is doing before deciding whether you actually need the next.

Hi Patrick,

I’d start by defining your goals first. You mentioned these peptides because you probably have certain goals or maybe some problems you’d like to address. I think it’s worth starting by describing them — then we can think about how you could achieve those goals.

Let’s start with this — what is your current age, height, weight, and do you have any chronic health conditions? If possible, please send a photo of your current physique, as that would help us.

As @Donvitosharkone already wrote, there’s absolutely no need to add Cagrilintide at this stage. To start with, if your goal is to lose excess weight, start with retatrutide at 1 mg per week. In the fifth week, if your appetite hasn’t decreased, increase it to 2 mg per week and monitor how your weight changes.

If you want to lose 25 kg, you need to think about long-term planning, and that can only be done after you understand how your body responds to retatrutide. If your body doesn’t respond well to low doses, you’ll need to gradually increase the dosage without causing side effects until you reach a dose that reduces your appetite and weight. If the treatment goes on for a very long time, your weight stops dropping, and the dosage is already quite high, only then would it make sense to add Cagrilintide.

As for MOTS-C, youthfulness, skin, hair, and energy, the first thing to think about isn’t peptides but training and nutrition. Your skin and hair will be healthy if your diet contains enough protein and micronutrients. This is especially important considering that while using retatrutide, you’ll be consuming fewer calories. It’s important to get enough protein. Exactly how much will also depend on your training activity.

Please tell me whether you train, and if so, what kind of training you do and how many hours per week. Also, if you know how many calories and macros you consume, that’s important too. This is where you need to start when talking about longevity. No peptides can replace this.

Peptides are something that makes sense to add when you already have a good foundation.

I’m also a little concerned by the fact that you say you’re completely healthy. That basically doesn’t happen. As people get older, everyone accumulates certain issues caused by physical strain, stress, deficiencies, an unhealthy lifestyle, obesity, lack of a proper sleep schedule, and so on. And all of this affects health. You may feel it, or you may not. For example, elevated blood pressure of around 140 often isn’t felt at all, but that doesn’t mean the walls of your blood vessels aren’t under increased stress. The same applies to lipoprotein levels.

Some of this can be identified through medical testing. What we do here isn’t simply hand out peptide dosages. We help assess whether their use is actually justified, identify weak points in the body, and suggest what can be done about them, who to consult, and how they might possibly be corrected.
