@Donvitosharkone already wrote, there’s absolutely no need to add Cagrilintide at this stage. To start with, if your goal is to lose excess weight, start with retatrutide at 1 mg per week. In the fifth week, if your appetite hasn’t decreased, increase it to 2 mg per week and monitor how your weight changes.
If you want to lose 25 kg, you need to think about long-term planning, and that can only be done after you understand how your body responds to retatrutide. If your body doesn’t respond well to low doses, you’ll need to gradually increase the dosage without causing side effects until you reach a dose that reduces your appetite and weight. If the treatment goes on for a very long time, your weight stops dropping, and the dosage is already quite high, only then would it make sense to add Cagrilintide.
As for MOTS-C, youthfulness, skin, hair, and energy, the first thing to think about isn’t peptides but training and nutrition. Your skin and hair will be healthy if your diet contains enough protein and micronutrients. This is especially important considering that while using retatrutide, you’ll be consuming fewer calories. It’s important to get enough protein. Exactly how much will also depend on your training activity.
Please tell me whether you train, and if so, what kind of training you do and how many hours per week. Also, if you know how many calories and macros you consume, that’s important too. This is where you need to start when talking about longevity. No peptides can replace this.
Peptides are something that makes sense to add when you already have a good foundation.
I’m also a little concerned by the fact that you say you’re completely healthy. That basically doesn’t happen. As people get older, everyone accumulates certain issues caused by physical strain, stress, deficiencies, an unhealthy lifestyle, obesity, lack of a proper sleep schedule, and so on. And all of this affects health. You may feel it, or you may not. For example, elevated blood pressure of around 140 often isn’t felt at all, but that doesn’t mean the walls of your blood vessels aren’t under increased stress. The same applies to lipoprotein levels.
Some of this can be identified through medical testing. What we do here isn’t simply hand out peptide dosages. We help assess whether their use is actually justified, identify weak points in the body, and suggest what can be done about them, who to consult, and how they might possibly be corrected.
