Running 525 mg Test E and 280 mg Deca per week (EOD injections), with 23 kg gained so far (72 → 95 kg). Estrogen and prolactin are managed via Arimidex, P5P, and Proviron, supported by NAC, TUDCA, Omega-3, and Glutathione. Solid mass phase with full health monitoring, setting up for a future prep.

Using Testos and Nandecos right now.

Prep starts December to get around 86kg 5-6% Bodyfat

i started may 2024 bulked until November 2024 then went to cruise on 180mg Testos und started bulking again in april 2025 so round about 6-8 Months

About 2 years, had all my parameters maxed out. I knew what it was doing and so i started my competitive Career. First Show in 2026
