Big Update
Current Stats
Weight: 102 kg
Height: 181 cm
Estimated Body Fat: ~14%
Current Goal: Slow cut while preserving as much muscle as possible.
Current Protocol
Testosterone Propionate: 700 mg/week (100 mg daily)
HGH: 4 IU before bed
Proviron: 50 mg/day split into two doses
Telmisartan: 40 mg/day
Current Changes
I decided to remove Trenbolone and Winstrol completely. After thinking about it, I realized I want to build a physique I can actually maintain long term without sacrificing my mental well-being. Tren gave me great results, but the psychological side effects simply aren't worth it for me anymore.
Instead, I increased my testosterone and will rely on a higher androgen base combined with HGH and good nutrition to keep progressing.
Training
Current split is Upper/Lower performed 6 days per week.
After every session I finish with 10 minutes of incline walking.
Current priorities:
Chest
Quads
Abs
Nutrition
I completely stopped counting calories. Instead, I focus on food quality and consistency.
Protein: around 260 g daily.
Carbohydrates: ketogenic approach, maximum 50 g/day.
The rest comes mainly from quality fats.
One thing I noticed is that I no longer feel the need for cheat meals. Eating plenty of meat, eggs, and cheese keeps me satisfied while making the diet very easy to follow.
Next Changes
In about two weeks I'll increase Testosterone Propionate to 200 mg daily (1400 mg/week).
HGH will increase to 5 IU before bed.
Next bloodwork is planned for the first week of September 2026.
The goal is to continue this offseason for roughly 24 weeks while staying healthy and making steady progress.
Current Thoughts
One thing that surprised me the most is how well I respond to testosterone alone. Since dropping Tren, I've actually been leaning out while continuing to gain quality muscle. I honestly think lower stress levels and feeling better mentally are playing a huge role in that.
At the moment, testosterone has become my favorite compound. HGH is also proving to be one of the best additions I've ever made for recovery and overall look.
I'm also curious to try Superdrol in a future phase since I've never had the opportunity to use it before, but for now I'm sticking to this plan and letting consistency do the work.
Current Physique

I'm happy with the direction things are going. The goal isn't to rush the process anymore, but to build a quality, aesthetic physique that I can continue improving over the years. Thanks to everyone following the log. More updates coming soon!
