Hi BlackMabata!!
Really nice transformation!! The thing that stands out most isn’t the scale weight, it’s the visual change in body composition. You clearly tightened up the waist, flattened the lower abdomen, and kept a surprising amount of upper-body size while getting leaner. That’s usually a sign that training, diet, and recovery were all working together rather than relying on compounds alone.
Your latest pictures especially show a much better shoulder-to-waist ratio. The arms still look full, the chest hasn’t flattened out, and you’re starting to get that harder look around the midsection that separates “weight loss” from an actual physique improvement.
One thing I’d be careful about is constantly looking for more compounds when the current setup is already producing results. Looking at these photos, the biggest gains from here probably won’t come from adding something else, but from continuing to chip away at body fat while maintaining muscle. Another 3-5 kg of fat loss could completely change the look of your physique.
Also, good call on getting bloodwork done. That’s honestly the most valuable update you can post next. The photos tell us the physique side is moving in the right direction; the bloodwork will tell us whether the health side is keeping pace.
Looking forward to the next update. If you can get below 10% while keeping the arm and shoulder fullness you’re showing now, the difference compared to that beach photo is going to be dramatic.
Keep it up mate!!
