Hello Everyone🙏
before is Start my First cycle i just wanna ask if somebody here has some experience with combat Sports and avoiding Injuries? Just for Information my weight now is 97 kg and i Need to make weight to 84 kg !
Until now im taking Cardarine for cardio and Melatonin in high dosing for sleep! My Calories intakte is at 2000 per day with 1,76 height. I have some Problems with my Right shoulder (which get away with HGH 3 Units) but i quit it because my chest is growing gynäkomastie so what you Guys recommend to for Overall joint Health and good Recovery

Hi Julez!

For combat sports, I’d solve the shoulder before the cycle, not expect the cycle to solve the shoulder. More strength on top of an existing mechanical problem can actually make an injury easier to aggravate.

Cardarine also deserves more respect than its reputation as “cardio support” suggests, and high-dose melatonin isn’t automatically better sleep. I’d simplify things and get the shoulder properly assessed, then work on mobility, rotator cuff/scapular control, technique and load management.

Regarding compounds, Turinabol is sometimes attractive to combat athletes because the goal is strength/performance without chasing a large increase in bodyweight, but being oral doesn’t make it harmless. Lipids and liver markers can take a hit, and it certainly isn’t an injury-prevention drug.

For a first cycle, boring is usually intelligent. Get healthy first, establish bloodwork and BP, then keep the pharmacology as simple as possible. In fighting, usable performance beats gym numbers every time.

Hi,

As for combat sports, I can help you with that. I’ve been doing combat sports since 2016, so anything related to pharmacology requires extra caution. Regarding Turinabol, which Shark mentioned — in theory, yes, it can be tried, but in practice I know some fighters had a specific reaction to it: it caused much worse “pumps” in the lower back and calves than dbol (although that sounds paradoxical).

Let’s split your goals into a few separate points.
  1. What exactly is wrong with your shoulder? During which movements and at what angles does it hurt? Have you had it diagnosed?
  2. As for overall joint health, do you have any other weak/problem areas?
  3. When is your fight, and have you cut weight before? The strategy will depend on that.

Thank you for your answer.

To the First Point my Spine is not exactly in the middle as it should be.It’s a little more to the left side thats why the pressure on my right shoulder is higher than usual. I need permanent strength Training to keep it in Control.

To the second point no i have no other joint Problems.

And to the last point i need to cut from 98 kg to 84 kg im a little overweight. I can fight every month but have no fixed date yet i want to loose weight first and keep as much muscles as i can (also for aesthetics)

I do strength Training and MMA just for Information and really important is also fast Recovery. Maybe you have a good advice🙏

Regarding your spine — have you seen a physiotherapist/traumatologist? As for supportive strength training, that’s definitely important with any injury. Have the specialists explained what exactly is going on with your shoulder? Maybe one of the tendons has tendinitis or something similar.

If there’s no urgency to cut weight, I would do it gradually, simply by reducing your calorie intake. It would be very informative if you sent a photo of your current shape, then it would be easier for me to assess the situation and give more specific recommendations.

As I understand it, is 84 kg your weight class? Or is that specifically your target weight?

Hi Julez

Send it right here. I also wanted to ask about the 2000 calories a day — at this calorie intake, is your weight staying the same or slowly going down? Protein intake is also important — are you managing to get around 170–200 grams of protein a day?

sometimes the shoulder is filled with liquid inside the Bone because of to much pressure but this was before i started specific supportive strength Training. Sometimes its just inflammation inside and when im constantly Training a lot. So im searching for solutions for reducing the inflammation as much as possible.

84 kg is my weightclass yes.
And with 2000 Calorie per day for sure my weight will Go down currently im taking 2300 also i manage to get 180-200 gr of Protein per Day.
