This is my current progress of two weeks. Starting is White Shorts - 118kg
Current is Black pants - 112kg
Gaol is cutting down to maximum 105kg for the summer. I'm not aiming for abs, I will be happy with 4, no need for deep shreds for me. I'm tall (197cm) so I prefer to stay as full as possible meaning I'm ready to sacrifice some details for the size.
Baby dosages for me - this is what I like as I'm not cutting aggressively but more like recomp. Current cardio is 40mins AM fasted fast walking + 20mins post WO fast walking every day.
PEDs are:
- test E - 375mg/week
- primo e - 200mg/week
- stakos - 0.5cc Mon, Wed, Fri
- retatrutide - 2mg (I'm starting week 3 today) every Monday
- 2iu HGH daily pre-morning cardio
I would say I'm currently happy with the progress even though isn't much. I will be updating this post. Can't wait to go down to bf% for Mast E. Thank you!
