I know that my stack looks pretty "normal" and "boring" compared to some other people here but in first place my most important goal is to stay healthy and slowly find my sweet spot.
Im 21 years old, 170cm (5'7") and 69kg (152lbs), pics are with no pump sorry for my shit camera..
My full stack contains:
- Testo E 83,3mg (E2D) (291,5mg/week)
- Clenbuterol 80mcg (ED)
- Retatrutide* 1mg (Monday and Thursday)
- GHK-Cu* 1mg-2mg (ED)
*different brand so no pic
My supplements:
- Creatine 7g (ED)
- Vitamin C 500mg (ED)
- Zinc 25mg (ED)
Testosterone is the base of everything so it is kinda self explained, the wish of using test was always there but I really wanted to make my research. I started with 218,75mg/week around 2 months ago and increased the dosage to 291,5mg/week and I`m feeling pretty good. Although I am in a deficit, I still make good progress, the training is fun, the pump feels amazing and I definetly feel that I have stable testosteron levels now, also I do not have acne at all which is really nice. I wait until the 291mg are at it´s max peak and then I do a blood analysis with hormones, cholesterol, kidney, liver, thyroid.. Especially estradiol will be interesting to see if I need an AI. And I know it is recommended to start testosterone if you are lean and probably not while cutting but I was impatient..
Right now I`m cutting so clenbuterol comes in handy, I started with 40mcg and i felt horrible but I knew that this should be normal at the beginning. I slowly increased the dosage and now im doing fine with 80mcg. It´s hard to tell how big the difference is with clen but I am really proud of my results so far, also the passive muscle preservation/growth is nice. Because im working again in 2 weeks I will probably decrease the dosage or even remove it completely because I will work with people and I do not want any signs of stimulants.
I am taking retatrutid for some months now and it is really doing wonders. The appetite supression helps me so much with weight loss and I like the passive health benefits like liver fat reduction or blood sugar regulation. I first started with 1mg/week and increased my dosage if my appetide came back but for me personally taking reta 2 times per week works way better because of more stable concentrations.
GHK-Cu is more known as beauty peptide but it has still many benefits for the overall health. It is again hard to tell how much impact the GHK-Cu actually has on overall regeneration or cell protection but because the people around me recognice my good skin I am sure the GHK-Cu is working in the background lol
Creatine is a no brainer for people who do sports, only legal strenght increase supplement, atp supply, evidence for improving cognitive function is also there. Right now I am using the 1g per 10kg recommendation (but tbh I just throw 2 full scoops in my mouth so probably more)
I am taking Vitamin C and Zinc daily since 2024 because some tiktok doc said how well they tread illnesses. Blindly buying recommendations from tiktok people is mostly stupid but vitamin c is an excellent anti oxidant and the health benefits are very well documented. Zinc also helps your immune system, your hormones, wound healing and so on. I used to be ill back then weekly, had a bad lifestyle, ate like shit but right now I can say I become ill max 2 times per year. I really believe these two supplements helped me a lot so I will stick to them.
________
As I said my stack is really simple and I am obviously a beginner, I do not want to add any other roid right now but probably in the future, depends on my own goals. I never ate in a calorie surplus while on test so even thinking about increasing the dosage or adding a compound is dumb. Health right now has the highest priority and I do not have ambitions to compete. I first wait for my blood analysis and start my bulking phase when i am lean enough. There are some peptides which look interesting, not for muscle growth but for overall regeneration, passive fat loss and improved quality of life but I do think I am doing fine with my current stack.
I started with 78kg (171lbs) and felt and looked like shit, i know i am NOT extremely muscular like some others here but I can say that i am very proud to see my progression. I never saw veins on my arm in my life until now so this is already a big achievment for me. My weight loss journey is not over and getting to 10-12% would be my goal for now.
If I said some wrong information or I am doing something stupid please tell me, thanks for reading!!
