I know that my stack looks pretty "normal" and "boring" compared to some other people here but in first place my most important goal is to stay healthy and slowly find my sweet spot.

Im 21 years old, 170cm (5'7") and 69kg (152lbs), pics are with no pump sorry for my shit camera..

My full stack contains:
- Testo E 83,3mg (E2D) (291,5mg/week)
- Clenbuterol 80mcg (ED)
- Retatrutide* 1mg (Monday and Thursday)
- GHK-Cu* 1mg-2mg (ED)

*different brand so no pic :(

My supplements:
- Creatine 7g (ED)
- Vitamin C 500mg (ED)
- Zinc 25mg (ED)

Testosterone is the base of everything so it is kinda self explained, the wish of using test was always there but I really wanted to make my research. I started with 218,75mg/week around 2 months ago and increased the dosage to 291,5mg/week and I`m feeling pretty good. Although I am in a deficit, I still make good progress, the training is fun, the pump feels amazing and I definetly feel that I have stable testosteron levels now, also I do not have acne at all which is really nice. I wait until the 291mg are at it´s max peak and then I do a blood analysis with hormones, cholesterol, kidney, liver, thyroid.. Especially estradiol will be interesting to see if I need an AI. And I know it is recommended to start testosterone if you are lean and probably not while cutting but I was impatient..

Right now I`m cutting so clenbuterol comes in handy, I started with 40mcg and i felt horrible but I knew that this should be normal at the beginning. I slowly increased the dosage and now im doing fine with 80mcg. It´s hard to tell how big the difference is with clen but I am really proud of my results so far, also the passive muscle preservation/growth is nice. Because im working again in 2 weeks I will probably decrease the dosage or even remove it completely because I will work with people and I do not want any signs of stimulants.

I am taking retatrutid for some months now and it is really doing wonders. The appetite supression helps me so much with weight loss and I like the passive health benefits like liver fat reduction or blood sugar regulation. I first started with 1mg/week and increased my dosage if my appetide came back but for me personally taking reta 2 times per week works way better because of more stable concentrations.

GHK-Cu is more known as beauty peptide but it has still many benefits for the overall health. It is again hard to tell how much impact the GHK-Cu actually has on overall regeneration or cell protection but because the people around me recognice my good skin I am sure the GHK-Cu is working in the background lol

Creatine is a no brainer for people who do sports, only legal strenght increase supplement, atp supply, evidence for improving cognitive function is also there. Right now I am using the 1g per 10kg recommendation (but tbh I just throw 2 full scoops in my mouth so probably more)

I am taking Vitamin C and Zinc daily since 2024 because some tiktok doc said how well they tread illnesses. Blindly buying recommendations from tiktok people is mostly stupid but vitamin c is an excellent anti oxidant and the health benefits are very well documented. Zinc also helps your immune system, your hormones, wound healing and so on. I used to be ill back then weekly, had a bad lifestyle, ate like shit but right now I can say I become ill max 2 times per year. I really believe these two supplements helped me a lot so I will stick to them.

________

As I said my stack is really simple and I am obviously a beginner, I do not want to add any other roid right now but probably in the future, depends on my own goals. I never ate in a calorie surplus while on test so even thinking about increasing the dosage or adding a compound is dumb. Health right now has the highest priority and I do not have ambitions to compete. I first wait for my blood analysis and start my bulking phase when i am lean enough. There are some peptides which look interesting, not for muscle growth but for overall regeneration, passive fat loss and improved quality of life but I do think I am doing fine with my current stack.

I started with 78kg (171lbs) and felt and looked like shit, i know i am NOT extremely muscular like some others here but I can say that i am very proud to see my progression. I never saw veins on my arm in my life until now so this is already a big achievment for me. My weight loss journey is not over and getting to 10-12% would be my goal for now.

If I said some wrong information or I am doing something stupid please tell me, thanks for reading!!

Hi Ari!

First of all, congratulations, brother. What impressed me most wasn’t the stack, it was your mindset. At 21 you’re already talking about bloodwork, health, patience and earning the right to add more compounds.

That’s a rare mentality.

I also like that you admit when you don’t know something and are willing to learn. That attitude will take you much further than another 200 mg of gear ever will.

The only things I’d keep an eye on are the long-term use of clen and the idea of adding an AI before seeing your bloodwork. Let the labs tell you what you need, not assumptions.

Keep cutting, get lean, run your bloods, then decide the next step. You’re building a foundation first, and that’s exactly how lasting physiques are built.

Looking forward to seeing your progress.

hey don, thanks for your kind words, i really really appreciate it! and yeah long-term usage of clen wasnt my intention but perhaps i started to take clen a little bit too early, maybe i should have waited a little bit more and then take clen so that the fat at a lower bf% would be easier to burn instead of the fat at my body right now.

i maybe overestimated my lipolysis, even though i really see results fast, so that is a weird situation.

in 2 weeks i will work again so maybe the smartest way would be removing clen completely for now, cutting even further and wait till i nearly reached my weight goal and then shredding the last little bit of fat with clen because yeah running for months on clen seems stupid

what would you say?

Ari, I think you’ve already answered your own question…

Clen is a tool, not a lifestyle. If you’re still making steady progress without needing to push harder, save it for when it actually gives you an advantage. Never spend your strongest card while you’re still winning the hand.

Keep doing what you’re doing, stay patient, and let your physique earn the next step. That’s how you build something that lasts.

alright thanks don, this confirmation really helps me a lot!

I have 1 question for you: Why the hell retain 2 times per week? There is no evidence of any benefit for that. If you need appetite suppression, maybe it's better to take something else.

I wouldnt say that it has no benefit, retatrutid has a half-life period of 6 days and I am using reta longer than testosterone so I know how it works in my body. I always took reta on fridays but at wednesdays as well as thursdays my appetite came back (due to the half-life), so switching to a 2 times per week schedule helped me alot cuz of the more balanced levels in my body. This works fine for me so I wont change my system as long it works or add a different pathway for appetite suppression.

The molecule is literally engineered to stick to your albumin (blood protein) so it bleeds into your system super slow. It’s built from the ground up for a 7-day cycle.
Pinning 2x a week doesn't give you "stabler levels"—once you're in steady state after a few weeks, your blood levels are already a flat line anyway.
All you’re doing by pinning twice as often is frying your receptors faster (receptor desensitization) and messing up the balance between the 3 pathways—especially the glucagon side, which needs that natural 7-day wave to burn fat without spiking your blood sugar or wrecking your heart rate.
TL;DR: You’re just wasting needles, and desensitizing your receptors for zero extra gains.

First of all, thanks for that reply, hopefully someone also joins the discussion maybe. The known GLP1 agonists are designed for a 7-day cycle is right, I give the point to you but steady state does not mean that the blood levels are a flat line, in my understanding it means that the same dosage of reta weekly wont increase the peak or minimum blood levels anymore so basically the gap between peak and minimum stays the same. So it would definitely make a difference if I pin once or twice a week.
Unfortunately I cannot confirm or debate your other points because I do not have the knowledge and I wont blindly just trust AI but I will do my research, you said some interesting points.

Look at the chart
it literally proves the point.
Weeks 1–6 Every time you pin 1mg, the drug stacks on top of what’s left from last week because the half-life is so damn long.
Week 7+ See that green "Stable" line.s.Your average blood level hits 0.99 mg and just stays there.
The peak hits 1.25 mg and the trough only drops to 0.68 mg. That drop is tiny. Your body is saturated 24/7 it never drops to zero or anywhere close to it.

If you split that into 0.5mg twice a week, all you’re doing is making those blue spikes tighter, but your average line stays at the exact same 0.99 mg.

Yeah, I'd love for someone else to join the conversation on this... maybe not on this specific post, but just in general about retatrutide

I doublechecked the average blood levels with also 2 injection/w and you are right, the frequency of injecting has no influence on the average blood level. I understand your point that the body will always have reta in the system and I wasnt denying the fact but as I said, I always had problems on the last 2 days, the 0.8-0.68 (for simplicity I explain it with 1mg 1/w) were reallyyyy noticeable.
I have a friend who uses the same source as me, he has exactly the same problem and I am seeing more and more bodybuilding creators recommending to split the dosage if reta is not working like expected on the last 2 days. I guess you believe me that my hunger is not made up haha.
And thats why I am now confused a bit, if you are right with the glucagon thesis as well as the receptor desensitizing, I would need to take other substances or increase the reta dosage and pray that the minimum concentration will be enough (or just accepting 2/7 days per week with hunger, first world problems I know..)

Bro, that's a totally normal process with retatrutide—most people feel the exact same thing. Just because you feel a bit of hunger doesn't mean it's not working. Honestly, it shouldn't be a big deal to just get your head straight and push through those last 2 days.
Personally, I use one of those last two days as a refeed day.
I'd say in the worst-case scenario, just toss in an appetite suppressant if those 2 days are becoming too much of a grind.
