I started my weight loss journey in August 2025.

At that point in time I decided to jump on TRT and GLP-1 to get my body into shape again.
I first started in August 2025 with official Mounjaro 2,5 mg prescribed by a telehealth clinic, to test the waters if I react well to GLP-1.
Because of the high cost I switched to Retatrutide 1 mg after that first month.
I titrated up to 2 mg in October and stayed with this dose since.
Beside Retatrutide I have a weekly dose of Test-E 125 mg and 4IU HGH daily.
As I am at my goal weight now and kept my maintenance dose of Retatrutide. I am trying to wean off slowly to avoid rebound.

All in all I also had a strict training regimen of fasted cardio in the morning (1/2 h Stairmaster) every day and training for 1 h in the evening daily with Sunday as rest day push - pull - legs.
I can recommend this trip to everyone who wants to commit to a very structured protocol. For sure it would have been easier putting in more PEDs or Fat burners, but it is manageable with a lower PED load too.
At one point I tested adding Clen to the mix but it was not a real pleasuring experience, so I stopped that after 2 weeks. I also tried Yohimbine HCL but I did not get any real effect out of it.
I hope to keep the weight off after weaning off. Let's see if I can stay consistent with training and also my food intake.
