I’ve been lifting since I was 16, though back then it was more just messing around in the gym than anything serious. Around 20 I started actually committing to it and training properly, and now at 24 I felt ready to take things a step further. I was sitting at 78kg when I decided to start HGH about 4 months ago, the goal was mainly to recover faster, look fuller, and get stronger,. Got my HGH through Driada Shop, ordering was easy and payment had no issues at all. Started off at 2 IU to let my body adjust and slowly worked up to 5 IU, which is where I stayed for the bulk of the cycle. I had a coach helping me out throughout, which made a big difference in doing this properly. To protect my insulin sensitivity I brought in vitamin D, magnesium, berberine and vitamin B3. I was also strict about not eating within 2 hours of injecting and made a habit of going on walks after my last meal to get my insulin down before the shot. Four months later and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with where I’m at. Went from 75 to about 80 kg, and overall I’m hitting numbers I haven’t hit before. What surprised me most was actually gaining 2 cm in height, now standing at 182 instead of 180. Sleep got way better, I wake up feeling like I actually recovered. Mood and energy have been solid the whole way through and side effect wise there’s not much to complain about, managing my diet timing and keeping up with the supplements kept things clean.

Hi mate!

Honestly, the photos speak for themselves. The biggest thing I notice is not just that you got leaner or fuller, it’s that your physique looks more “mature” now. Better muscle density, rounder delts, fuller chest, tighter waist and overall a much healthier look compared to the starting point.

And the fact you approached HGH progressively instead of jumping straight into high doses was smart. A lot of people ruin their experience by trying to force results too quickly.

Your insulin management habits are also better than what most users do honestly. The walks, meal timing, berberine, keeping sensitivity in mind… that’s exactly why your look stayed clean instead of turning watery and sloppy.

Now, I’ll give you my coach perspective:

The 2 cm height increase at 24 is probably not true structural growth from HGH itself. More likely:
better posture
spinal decompression
more intramuscular fullness
better sleep/recovery

People underestimate how much posture changes once recovery, inflammation and training quality improve.

And honestly, that’s good news, because it means you’re getting the positive effects without sounding delusional about it.

The other thing I’d tell you:
don’t fall into the trap of thinking “more IU = more progress”.

Your current look tells me you’re responding very well already. The danger now is chasing the feeling of recovery and fullness instead of continuing to build through:
training quality
food consistency
sleep
and time

Because at your current condition, the next level won’t come from suddenly doubling HGH. It’ll come from spending another 1–2 years pushing quality tissue slowly while staying healthy enough to keep progressing uninterrupted.

Also, HUGE positive that you used a coach and actually monitored things instead of blindly experimenting. Most people your age skip that part entirely.

Very solid progress overall. The physique already has a genuinely aesthetic structure, especially the waist-to-shoulder ratio and abdominal control. Keep building patiently and you’ll look dramatically different by 26–27 if you stay disciplined.
