What you're running right now and why.

At the moment, I'm still experimenting to see how my body responds to different compounds. My current cycle consists of 200 mg of testosterone enanthate and 100 mg of Primobolan per week. At this dosage, my blood work is excellent, with high testosterone levels and estrogen remaining in the optimal range rather than being suppressed. I usually take 2.5 mg of Cialis before intense workouts.

Unfortunately, my hair follicles are very sensitive to DHT-derived compounds, so even at this relatively low dose I'm experiencing significant hair loss. I've recently started using the GHK-Cu peptide, which seems to have reduced the shedding.

Aside from the hair loss, Primobolan works extremely well for me when combined with testosterone.

To maintain a darker tan, I occasionally use 200 mcg of Melanotan II before sun exposure.

Im consisering taking 3iu of gh to the stack.

I attached one before and one after picture.

Hey Felix!

Thanks for sharing the bloodwork and the full context, brother.

Overall, these results look reassuring: liver and kidney markers are clean, thyroid looks fine, prolactin is controlled, and estradiol is sitting in a reasonable range. Total testosterone is very high at 93.9 nmol/L, so the current Test + Primo setup is clearly doing plenty already.

My main concern is the significant hair loss. That is your body telling you Primo may not be the right long-term compound for you, and GHK-Cu may reduce shedding without removing the androgenic cause.

Before adding 3 IU HGH, I’d check IGF-1, fasting glucose/HbA1c, lipids, hematocrit and blood pressure. Honestly, with these hormone levels and your visible progress, I’d first let the current setup work instead of adding more immediately.

Good progress, good labs, just don’t ignore the one side effect your body is clearly showing you.

Hi Shark!
First of all thank you for your reply.
I checked my igf-1 one year ago, it was 318,20 ng/mL. The reference is 82,00- 461,00.
My blood pressure is around 130/65 at daily calm state. Morning/night blood pressure is usually lower. HGH is only a rough idea for now. I'm not convinced it's the right choice at the age of 22. I'd only add it if I were able to dedicate myself to bodybuilding 100%.

I think you’ve got the right mindset, brother.

At 22 there’s absolutely no rush to add HGH, especially when you’re already making great progress with a very moderate setup. Keep squeezing everything you can out of training, food and recovery first.

If one day you decide to take bodybuilding much more seriously, HGH will still be there. For now, I’d keep doing exactly what you’re doing and focus on consistency.

That’s usually what builds the BEST physiques!

Hey Felix!

Quick check-in, brother. How have things evolved since this discussion?

I’m particularly curious about the hair shedding, whether you kept the Test + Primo unchanged, and if you eventually decided to leave HGH on the shelf for now.

Also, any noticeable changes in physique, performance or bloodwork since then? Would be great to see how the same conservative setup has treated you over time.

Give us an update when you can!

Hello. I removed Primobolan because of the hair loss. For a while, I reduced my testosterone dose to 170 mg per week. Two weeks ago, I added 2 IU of growth hormone daily.

It has really improved my sleep. However, I’ve heard from many people that initially you gain 2–3 kg of water weight, which then suddenly drops from one day to the next. I haven’t noticed this during the time that has passed so far, as my weight has remained the same, but my body composition has changed. I’ve retained a small amount of water in my muscles, which is naturally beneficial in this sport, but my overall condition has remained quite dry.

My blood sugar and blood pressure have been fine so far. I had bloodwork done, mainly because I was curious about how effectively my body was utilizing the growth hormone. Most of the blood test results have already come back, but I’m still waiting for the IGF-1 and free testosterone markers. If everything goes as expected, those should arrive within the next 1–2 days.

If it could be informative, I’d be happy to upload the results once they arrive.

Thanks for coming back with the update, bro. And honestly, I think removing Primo was the right call. If a compound is clearly costing you your hair, there’s little sense forcing it just because everything else looks good.

Regarding the HGH, don’t get too attached to the idea that you must gain 2–3 kg of water and then suddenly lose it. Individual responses vary enormously. If your weight is stable, condition remains dry, sleep has improved and you’re noticing a positive change in composition, that’s much more interesting than whether the scale follows somebody else’s experience.

What I particularly like is that you’re actually measuring what happens instead of guessing. Keep an eye on fasting glucose/HbA1c, BP and, once it arrives, IGF-1. I wouldn’t change anything simply because you expected more water retention.

And yes, absolutely upload the full bloodwork when IGF-1 and free testosterone arrive. It will be genuinely interesting to compare it with your previous results and see what changed after removing Primo and introducing HGH, I am pretty interested and surely @Sam Bjorn will too 😉🙏

So far, patience. Two weeks is almost nothing in the bigger picture.

The only thing I’ll unfortunately disappoint you with is that if you’re sensitive to DHT compounds, then DHT itself from testosterone will also damage your follicles. It’s only a matter of time. I know this from my own experience and not only that. Do you have any close relatives who have had androgenic alopecia?

If I were you, I’d already think ahead about using minoxidil and RU58841, or another topical antiandrogen.

Hi, yes, I know that I’m genetically predisposed to male pattern baldness, as are several male members of my family. This is also partly why I keep my testosterone dosage relatively low.

I underwent dutasteride mesotherapy, where dutasteride is injected into the scalp every three months. I had three sessions over a total period of nine months, but I didn’t notice any positive changes.

Before I started using Primobolan, I experienced very little hair shedding. When I consistently take omega-3 and biotin, along with using GHK-Cu, I can significantly reduce the shedding.

At the moment, I’m experiencing heavy shedding again and losing a lot of hair, especially when washing it.

I also used minoxidil for a while, but it really irritated my scalp and dried it out. I’m somewhat hesitant about finasteride because of the side effects I’ve heard people report.

I’m seriously considering RU58841 as well, since I’ve heard a lot of positive things about it. Unfortunately, though, I still haven’t found a reliable source where I could obtain it.

My blood work has arrived. I was expecting a higher IGF-1 level. My GOT (AST) might be elevated because I trained pretty hard in the days leading up to the blood test. Two days before, I had a very intense leg day, and the day before, I trained chest and triceps, also using heavy weights and training intensely.
