My current stack

At the moment, I'm still experimenting to see how my body responds to different compounds. My current cycle consists of 200 mg of testosterone enanthate and 100 mg of Primobolan per week. At this dosage, my blood work is excellent, with high testosterone levels and estrogen remaining in the optimal range rather than being suppressed. I usually take 2.5 mg of Cialis before intense workouts.

Unfortunately, my hair follicles are very sensitive to DHT-derived compounds, so even at this relatively low dose I'm experiencing significant hair loss. I've recently started using the GHK-Cu peptide, which seems to have reduced the shedding.

Aside from the hair loss, Primobolan works extremely well for me when combined with testosterone.

To maintain a darker tan, I occasionally use 200 mcg of Melanotan II before sun exposure.

Im consisering taking 3iu of gh to the stack.

I attached one before and one after picture.

Hey Felix!

Thanks for sharing the bloodwork and the full context, brother.

Overall, these results look reassuring: liver and kidney markers are clean, thyroid looks fine, prolactin is controlled, and estradiol is sitting in a reasonable range. Total testosterone is very high at 93.9 nmol/L, so the current Test + Primo setup is clearly doing plenty already.

My main concern is the significant hair loss. That is your body telling you Primo may not be the right long-term compound for you, and GHK-Cu may reduce shedding without removing the androgenic cause.

Before adding 3 IU HGH, I’d check IGF-1, fasting glucose/HbA1c, lipids, hematocrit and blood pressure. Honestly, with these hormone levels and your visible progress, I’d first let the current setup work instead of adding more immediately.

Good progress, good labs, just don’t ignore the one side effect your body is clearly showing you.

Hi Shark!
First of all thank you for your reply.
I checked my igf-1 one year ago, it was 318,20 ng/mL. The reference is 82,00- 461,00.
My blood pressure is around 130/65 at daily calm state. Morning/night blood pressure is usually lower. HGH is only a rough idea for now. I'm not convinced it's the right choice at the age of 22. I'd only add it if I were able to dedicate myself to bodybuilding 100%.

Felix

I think you’ve got the right mindset, brother.

At 22 there’s absolutely no rush to add HGH, especially when you’re already making great progress with a very moderate setup. Keep squeezing everything you can out of training, food and recovery first.

If one day you decide to take bodybuilding much more seriously, HGH will still be there. For now, I’d keep doing exactly what you’re doing and focus on consistency.

That’s usually what builds the BEST physiques!
