I've been using cypionate 250mg every two weeks for four months now. I started just because I was seeking overall wellbeing and not really working out but the wellbeing has worked so well that I decided to start a cut the past 8 weeks and start working out. This is my result so far.

Why are you using test every 2 week??

Test cyp at least 2 time a week must pin for have a minimum stable level, but every tao week you have 1 week without a decent level of test in the body

Have you tried combining hypertrophy training with cardio sessions on alternate days (like 2 times a week, you work out focusing on muscle growth, and the other 2 times you do like a 30-minute moderate pace run)
