STARTING STATS
Age: 27
Height: 182 cm
Starting Weight: 86 KG
Goal of the cycle: off-season mass gain phase, i would like to reach 98/105KG

PED Protocol
Duration: 16/20 weeks
List of compounds:
-Testosterone enanthate DRIADA 250 mg/week
-Nandrolone Decanoate DRIADA 200 mg/week
-Boldenone Undecylenate DRIADA 250 mg/week

I use a 1ml tuberculin syringe, and the values you see here are divided into four injections per week to maintain a constant flow. 0.25 mg for each product.

I already have tamoxifen and exemestate on hand in case of gynecomastia, since my nipples tend to hurt sometimes right away.

TRAINING AND NUTRITION
For a total of 3000 kcal per day, my plan consists of:
-320 g of carbohydrates
-190 g of protein
-100 g of fat
Omega 3 4g/day divided into two doses on a full stomach Citrulline malate 5g/day divided into two doses on a full stomach Nac 1200mg/day divided into two doses B6 p5p 50mg/day upon awakening
1 capsule of probiotics + collagen on an empty stomach 1 capsule of vitamin K2 at lunch 1 + 1 capsule of magnesium and potassium at dinner 1 capsule of zinc picolinate before bed

PERSONAL CONSIDERATIONS
Before starting the cycle, I did the usual tests: Total testosterone Free testosterone Estradiol Prolactin LH FSH TSH Complete blood count Even though I've competed in the IFBB as a men's physique in the past, today, after a six-year hiatus, I started the cycle, my first injection in six years. What's bothering me a little about this bulking cycle is the nandrolone. Do you think it's a good molecule for a bulking phase?
I'm not interested in combining different molecules or using high dosages, I just want to understand if these three molecules that I'm using can work better or worse than another combination

First to answer your main questions: 1st-yes nandrolone is a good bulking compound(not what i preffer to suggest to clients) and 2nd question- that all depends on how you respond..for you this can work great but test/primo/gh can work better we can't know that and you'll have to see what works/feels best for you.

Shenanigans//Cals seem a bit low but since you already competed I'll assume you found what works best for you..regarding the cycle I won't say anything about nand (I saw it works better for muscle gain in some and doesnt do shit regarding muscle in others and its just water gain- just throwing this out there because I don't know how you respond) but looking at eq the cycle is a bit short(16w) but if you push to 20-24w you might see awesome results as did my clients. Saturation is about 10w give or take a week so the full effects will come later than lets say primo. 12-19kg gain is possible but most of it will be water/fat and not muscle because it's just not possible. I hope to get a respond from you because I'm interested in couple of things - why such high dose p5p? For nand or just naturally high PRL?, previous cycles? Dosages for current cycle?
 
Thanks for your reply. The dosages for the current cycle are listed at the beginning of the post. I'm trying to keep the dosages low because my goal isn't to compete but to slowly build mass, even if it takes longer. I've chosen a 16-20 week period as a guide; I'll definitely push it up to 24 weeks. The choice of P5P is completely random.

NAND is definitely not one of the best molecules, but it has helped me gain a lot in the past. Whether it was muscle or just water, I don't know, so I was looking for some excellent molecules that build real muscle and not water.

I understand that 3000kcal isn't a lot, but I almost have trouble eating. I'll slowly increase it. I started exercising again a month ago and had my first injection this morning.

Yea sorry I missed that it was before my first coffe😅 well p5p is mainly used as first choice for high PRL thats why I asked. Don't get me wrong nand does build muscle but as I saw it ,it doesn't do the same muscle/water ratio in everyone and it has it's own sides which are not so great. If you ask me the primo would be much better choice for muscle and nand for size. Regarding the apetite- the eq is known to increase it and I've yet to see someone run it that didn't get apetite of a horse (might just be my clients but still).. I hope you get a great run running these and do keep us updated..you can never have enough of user experiences🤣

If you're a high aromitizer and have experience with both those compounds separately and how they affect your estrogen then yea they are an okey combo (as I see it someone would want both because of cost of primo + added benefit of increased apetite from eq) otherwise I wouldn't recommend cause they both hit e2 via different pathways and going with trial and error to see what works best (example lets say 600/300/300 of test/primo/eq crashes e2 but 700/250/300 keeps it in the middle) is just too big of a hassle and could take too long to hit right and I personally don't see why you wouldnt run lets say 600/400 test/eq or test/primo (again as an example) if you know thats your sweet spot

BREAKFAST: 100g basmati rice + 150g egg white + 1 whole egg + 15g oil + 2g salt

SNACK: 100g whole-wheat bread + 80g bresaola + 15g oil + 2g salt

LUNCH: 100g basmati rice + 200g chicken breast + 15g oil + 2g salt

SNACK: 250g 0% yogurt + 30g almonds

DINNER: 100g basmati rice + 200g cod + 15g oil + 2g salt

In my opinion i would change the eq/bold with mast and just for sexual drive on 200mg a week
Also DECA with NPP as u inject 4times a week is enough for NPP (bc of the water retention can be way more on deca) also u dont have the depot effect on NPP.

So, i would run:
200-250mg of test/week
About 200mg of mast/week
And then push the NPP up to 400mg/week

I think that would go good, but as punishrr already said u as a competitor will know your body best :)

You’re doing it the right way: starting clean, keeping doses moderate, and paying attention to both health markers and compound synergy.

Your stack with Test, Deca and Boldenone is a classic foundation for an off-season phase. It’s balanced between androgenic drive from Test, joint support and growth from Deca, and lean steady appetite-building gains from Bold. It’s actually a great combo: mild on the psyche, joint-friendly, and easy to control estrogen-wise, especially since you already have tamoxifen and exemestane on standby.

Now, to your main question about Nandrolone. It’s one of the best bulking tools when used responsibly. The key is patience; Deca takes weeks to really saturate and shine, but when it does, the muscle density and recovery improvements are undeniable. The mistake most guys make is pushing the dose too high too early, chasing fast results. At 200 mg/week, you’re in that sweet, manageable range, strong enough to notice the benefits without running into prolactin or libido issues, especially with p5p in the stack.

The Boldenone is a great bridge compound here; it’ll keep appetite up, improve vascularity, and balance the Deca’s smoother look with some hardness over time. It also helps with red blood cell production and endurance, which is perfect for long off-season training blocks.

Based on this meal list it seems there are practically no vegetables in your diet (nor any fruit). Is that on purpose? Is that a constant, or only because you're bulking?
