Phase of weight gain over 7 months!

Age: 28 years 165 centimeters

initial weight: 50 kg

final weight: 77 Kg



- 250 MG Testosterone (enanthate) per week

- 500 mg Nandrolone decanoate per week

During the mass gain period, I did 5 workouts per week with load progression, ate 4,000 calories a day and drank 5 liters of water.

currently I’m coming out of a mini cutting of 3 months. maintained the same intensity of training and reduced the calorie intake to 3500.
currently I’m weighing 74.2 kg and soon I will start a new gain phase.
