I'm 45 years old.
The first photo was taken on February 26, 2026 (first day of cycle) and the second on May 25, 2026 (penultimate day of cycle).
This cycle was done with Testo Enanthate, Nandrolone Decanoate, Stanozole, and GHPR-2. This formulation isn't really suited to cutting, so I didn't follow a pre-competition diet. My goal was simply to use less aggressive molecules and follow a light diet, just to get in shape for the summer. Although the cycle formulation is more suited to bulking phases, I must say that it still helped maintain muscle (and even increased a bit) despite the diet. In fact, Trenbolone would have been more suitable for this purpose, but I will use it exclusively and only before a competition because it's a very powerful molecule. Finally, I want to point out that my workouts can no longer be the same as they were at 25 due to various injuries, but the molecules used have supported me admirably, considering they're not specifically recommended for a low-calorie diet.
The cycle lasted 10 weeks, and the various products totaled 1 gram per week.

Hi Lobo!!

Honestly, for 45 and with the approach you described, this is a very respectable result. The second photo clearly shows a much tighter waist, better separation through the quads and chest, and overall a much harder look without looking flat or depleted.

What I actually like most is that you didn’t chase the “death prep” look for summer. You kept enough fullness to still look powerful, which at your age and with injuries is honestly the smarter approach long term.

And you’re right about something important that many younger guys don’t understand:
after 40, recovery capacity becomes the real limiting factor, not motivation. So choosing compounds and training style around sustainability instead of ego is usually what keeps physiques progressing.

About the posing:

you have more physique than you’re currently showing (and you have to BELIEVE IT!! )

In both shots you’re collapsing slightly forward and hiding your width.

Try:
raising the chest more
opening the lats before crunching down
and rotating the elbows a little outward instead of inward

Right now the “most muscular” is becoming too compressed, so your shoulders and clavicle width disappear a bit.

Also:
slightly less abdominal crunch and a bit more torso elevation would instantly make the physique look taller and wider.

Condition-wise, you’re already in very good shape for a non-competition setup. With a bit more posing refinement and maybe slightly sharper lower body conditioning, you could look dramatically more impressive without changing much chemically at all.

Keep digging!!
