Extreme lean bulk and did a prep fase of 6 months.
Bodyweight went only down for 1.7 kg but body fat lost was from 19.2 percent to 9 percent.
Only did use test enthanate building up to 600 mg. And masteron enthanate 500 mg building up.
Retatrutide 2 mg maximum.
HGH 6 iu per day.
All products came from Driada.
So now drawbacks or anything just consistent growth and fat loss.
It was a nice journey with the right tools at my disposal.

Those photos show a very impressive result, especially for a 12-month window. Dropping from ~19% to ~9% while keeping almost the same bodyweight means you added real quality tissue while leaning out, that’s not easy at all. You look tighter, fuller and much more stage-ready overall.

Also respect for the consistency, that’s clearly the main driver here.

If you want more precise feedback going forward, it would help to know a bit more:
what was your diet like during the bulk vs prep?
how did your cardio evolve over the 6 months?
how did your strength change during the cut?
any challenges with recovery or sleep at that level of conditioning?

With a bit more detail it’s easier to guide the next phase, but overall this is a very solid transformation.

what was your diet like during the bulk vs prep? : high days in carbs 500 calories more with really heavy compounds exercise or leg days. Never went under 2500 calories.

how did your cardio evolve over the 6 months?: Cardio was 45 min low interval whole my year directly after workout.

how did your strength change during the cut? : Progressing still never had relapse in strength.

any challenges with recovery or sleep at that level of conditioning?: Yes under the 11 percent Body fat sleep was affected but had shorter but still well rested sleep.
