What stands out to me is not only the drop from 105 kg to 68 kg, but the way you describe finally liking the person you see in the mirror. That’s huge, and it usually changes how you walk, train, work and carry yourself every day.

From here, I’d play it smart: maintain this new look for a while before pushing harder, keep your meals structured, don’t let protein slip, and use the gym to build shape rather than just burn calories. You’ve already done the hardest part. Now it’s about turning this into your new normal.
