I’m starting TB-500 at 4mg per week. Since I already have 0.3ml insulin syringes, it would actually be more practical for me to split it into daily injections — otherwise the syringes are too small in volume if I only inject twice per week.

Would daily injections be fine in this case? Or are there any advantages to sticking with just two injections per week?

Thanks in advance for any advice

Hello
Daily injection is not a problem. As the half-life of Tb500 is long, each injection will accumulate with the others.

So do it if it's less restrictive for you 👌

I use it single pin once a week.

And to be honest did not find a difference on daily pinning neither through bloodwork nor in “feeling”.

Worths saying I don’t target damage but use it systemic (fat tissue instead of “damaged area”).

So, to be honest, worths Try and conclude

At what concentration is your TB reconstituted? And do you do it SQ or IM?

TB-500 does have a long half life as previously mentioned, and 2x a week injections do work. Just make sure you take collagen powder (not pills because you need 20+ grams, most pills are 1mg) and Vitamin C for thr enhanced synthesis of the collagen.

I take it each day, however I took it 2x a week in the past with the same positive results. Only reason for daily injections now is my mix is a BPC and TB 1:1 ratio blend.

I had a debilitating rotator cuff injury 15 years ago and completely healed it with 6 months of non stop treatment.

Do you inject this mix always around the same joint?
Beforehand I did, and there is some evidence for localized healing before it goes systemic. However being it is suspended in bacterostatic water and works at a systemic level, you can do it both subQ or locally.

Honestly, I do it locally to the muscle group I worked out that day or injury site, but I have no concrete evidence I can cite that that is a better method of delivery. Its just an OCD mental think for me 😀.

Pair it with 20mg of bovine collagen powder (skip the pills, you'll need like 10 a day) mixed into my intra workout (EAAs, Electrolytes, low levels of dextrose) and it seems to really help jump start the collagen synthesis (along with Vitamin C, but can be taken anytime of day. Optimum Nutrition has a great Multivitamin that covers your macros and micros such as Zinc and Copper with a 3x daily value since both use the same pathways for delivery and get zapped when on cycle).

But to some degree or another, I run some level does of BPC and TB year round. GHK-cu is a great copper healing peptide but degrades really fast in bacterostatic water and needs to be suspended in Acetic Acid and hurts like you got hit by a car!

That's reassuring, I collected some injuries over the years and wouldn't know which one to target. 😁 Good one in the collagen as well, so many people underestimate how much would be effective, I also always liked higher amounts.
