I’m really happy with the overall results of this phase.
I started with a 3-month bulk using 350 mg of testosterone per week and gained over 7 kg, with noticeable improvements in muscle size and strength.
After that, I moved into a 2-month cut while staying on TRT + Primobolan. This was probably one of the easiest cuts I’ve done. I only used a small calorie deficit, trained in the gym 6 days per week, and kept my daily step count high. I never felt extremely hungry, and my energy and training performance stayed very good throughout the cut.
The final result was 72.5 kg with a much leaner and drier physique while keeping the vast majority of the muscle I built during the bulk. Most of the weight I lost was just water and body fat, not muscle.
Overall, I’ve been very impressed with this approach. The combination of TRT and Primobolan helped me maintain a full, hard look during the cut, and I’m very satisfied with the final outcome.
